Fuinjutsu: Chakra suppression Seal! Part-2

Hiroshi sat down on his bed as he read through the full description of what the seal does, at least the seal worked as he had imagined, the only reason Hiroshi even dared to experiment with Fuinjutsu in real life while ignoring the dangers associated with unknown seals was because of the weird power that would tell him when something was safe or not. Still, it was just speculation that the idea he had would work, unless he had something like a shadow clone jutsu, testing seals was a dangerous prospect. Still, since he knew that gaining a new skill always prompts a notification, he used that as a measure of success and let the system judge his creations.
The basic concept of his new unnamed seal was derived from the first few seals he learned during the simulation. {FuinJutsu: Five Elements}, {FuinJutsu: Chakra Sealing Technique}, {FuinJutsu: Chakra Control}, these three seals that he first learned when combined with the {FuinJutsu: Evil Sealing Method} created the concept of the new seal. The main explanation behind the current seal working was the nature chakra that was present in the environment.
You could think of Natural chakra as denser than normal chakra, it is unstable and highly toxic to use, the stone frogs in the toad's home were a perfect example of that. The three seals {FuinJutsu: Five Elements}, {FuinJutsu: Chakra Sealing Technique}, {FuinJutsu: Chakra Control} were a collection of seal matrixes that were used in conjugation with each other, they could, in theory, extract chakra from someone's surroundings and allow the user to store this chakra in the matrix and then use this chakra to perform jutsu's from all the elements. Hiroshi hadn't heard about any of them in the anime but then again, Fuinjutsu while being overpowered and at the core of Naruto wasn't really shown that much in the show.
The {FuinJutsu: Chakra Control} and {FuinJutsu: Evil Sealing Method} when used in conjugation could manipulate and seal the natural chakra within the seal itself, now this nature chakra in its pure form is corrosive, that's why the new seal has a time limit before it couldn't contain the Nature chakra in it. The components of {FuinJutsu: Five Elements} seal were used to gather the nature chakra while the {FuinJutsu: Chakra Sealing Technique} was used to store this chakra for as long as possible.
Now the real theory behind this seal's working was that Nature chakra had a natural suppression effect on chakra produced by every creature in the world, that's why to use it one needs to maintain a fine balance between the two chakras, after someone manages to effectively use it and even then the resulting jutsu would be massively overpowered compared to a normal jutsu. The seal was created so that it channels a very small amount of natural chakra through your primary tenketsu, not enough to be harmful if you remove the seal within the time limit except for some stiffness and loss in agility.
The reason Hiroshi experimented with nature chakra was so that he could use this seal as a stepping stone to one day get ready for Sage mode, plus, since typical sensors couldn't tell the difference between nature chakra and normal chakra whatever they could perceive would hopefully be a little deceptive. Anyway, that worked well for him, there was a time limit on the seal but the only restriction the seal had would be that he couldn't escape the senses of a sage. Hopefully, the timer would increase once the seal levels up, but even a 12-hour seal would still work.
'After I level this seal up, I can go to almost any place as a civilian, I currently have around 4250 total chakra, 10% of that would be 425, which should be within a civilian's range, if I get a few more levels and that 90% increases to something around 95% and that timer increases then it would be better.'
Hiroshi won't try these shenanigans in reality but ever since he saw that the cooldown in his last simulation hadn't exponentially increased he had a few ideas that he was thinking about trying, though it seems like he would have to return to Konoha in the next simulation to try and deceive Naruto with his Uzumaki heritage to try and get the Shadow Clone Jutsu, with his B- Comprehension he should be able to learn the normal Shadow Clone Jutsu, the multi-variant could be left alone for a later that, it's not like he had enough chakra for that anyway.
'I still have 22 days before the next simulation, I could try and make the seal to modify the shadow clone but without knowing how that jutsu works it wasn't a feasible thing to do.'
Hiroshi thought as he looked around, there were plenty of burnt scrolls lying around his tent as he got ready for a light clean-up. The seal was just a start but it was a sign that things were finally working out for him, Hiroshi was happy and although he wanted to go to a nearby village to celebrate a bit he hesitated and canceled that plan.
'It should work out soon, no need to rush for it, now the next thing I need to do is level up this seal.'
Hiroshi looked at the unnamed seal before he renamed it to Fuinjutsu: Chakra suppression Seal, as he sat down to grind the seal once again.

It's been dull 3 weeks for Hiroshi, he got up every day, hunted for food by sniping birds that flew over the hole, he never left his adobe, and spent the rest of the time grinding his fuinjutsu, the new seal, and the rest of the time on his physical conditioning. The good news was that the seal leveled up a bunch of times.

The seal compresses your natural chakra by a suppression factor that is determined by how well the matrix is made and how stable it is. After some chakra is used to trigger this seal, it creates a pseudo-pressure on your chakra pathways that makes compresses your chakra and makes it seem like you have less chakra than you have. The seal may make you feel that there is some external pressure acting upon you.
Ineffective against Natural chakra sensors.

The seal got better and more effective to use after every level-up, but Hiroshi's physical stats didn't have as explosive a growth spurt. In the past 25 days, most of his stats had an average increase of 14 after he dedicated around 6-8 hours per day to physical conditioning. Hiroshi easily figured out the main reason for the slow growth of his stats, he has eased on his liberal use of weights for training. Unless he got access to medical ninjutsu, or a trait like the Hardoworker(Blue) there was no reason to risk his health for stats.
'Not like my stats would matter much for the next simulation anyway, if my plan works then my strength would just be a hindrance.' Hiroshi looked at his updated stats one more time as he waited for the simulation cooldown to finish resetting.

His increase in his INT stat was because of learning the new skills in the last simulation, and along with his growth spurt, his chakra has reached the upper limits of a chunin, if he could get both his INT and VIT to 125, then he would have enough chakra to be identified as a genin.
As Hiroshi pondered over his stats, the cooldown timer slowly trickled down to 0. He clicked the start simulation button as soon as it appeared. With bated breath, he waited for the random trait to once again appear.
