6 Conspiracy Theorist and Previous Awards [Revised]

Treading through the woods was a carriage that Dango was riding in. Dango was able to pay someone to take him to Konoha in the Land of Fire. Though, he had a slight suspicion that he was secretly being kidnapped.

He chose Konoha as he remembered that it had a very nice ninja academy. He didn't know how one became a ninja in the other villages, so he chose the one he did know. He was pretty sure that they would accept him, after all, he was a young orphan.

As for his safety in the case that he was being kidnapped, Dango was confident he could handle the rider. After all, he had been training his cursed energy manipulation and application since he was ten months old, and including the fact that he had over a thousand units of cursed energy.

Speaking of cursed energy, Dango had been improving his control over chakra. From only being able to cause a mere ripple, he could now influence it to move around inside his body rather than just sticking to his heart.

However, he was confused with his chakra as it seemed to have a mind of its own. It reminded Dango of a mischievous, playful child that did whatever they wanted. He didn't know if chakra was supposed to act alive; hopefully, he could find a teacher to teach him about it.

'Now that I am leaving Amegakure, would my cursed energy rate decrease? I'll learn when I get to Konoha. Now let's take a look at my... so-called rewards.'

Dango first looked at the [Orphan] skill. which he immediately noticed how different it was to the other generic skills. It wasn't a part of the Basic-Intermediate-Advanced skill rankings like the heart, vessel, and mind skills.

'It has a similar, sentient-like description as those three. In all honesty, the skill sounds very useful, but I wonder how it would work.'

He looked at the description of the first addition to the jujutsu roster; cursed seed.

Description: A cursed object in the form of a seed that is implanted with a gradeless cursed womb. The seed grows by absorbing the nearby negative emotions for seven days, eventually producing a gradeless cursed spirit. The produced spirit is varied based on the negativity the seed absorbed during growth.

'Gradeless? Like a Fly Head? I really wanna buy more just to see what kind of variations I can get, but the completed missions so far don't reward as many cursed coins as I expected. If I stayed at home, I wonder what spirit would be produced, there was a lot of negativity.'

Cursed Spirits are graded from four to one in descending order. There is also another rank above grade one called special grade. Like jujutsu sorcerers, spirits are graded according to their strength.

Fly Heads are insect-like cursed spirits that are ranked lower than grade four. They are weak enough to be exorcised by even the most inexperienced sorcerers, the same reason why they are excluded from the standard grading system.

'If I do plant the seed, it will be the first cursed spirit I've met. I should be able to exorcise it, hopefully, nothing goes wrong.'

Seeing that it will take a while for the carriage to finally arrive at Konoha, he wondered whether or not he should sleep the rest of the ride. He was getting pretty tired, but he was worried about what the carriage driver will do when he is asleep.

Before he made his decision, Dango felt a slight shocking sensation throughout his body. Immediately after, he felt like he was about to piss his pants.

He asked the driver to make a stop for a moment so that he could relieve himself, which the man reluctantly accepted. Dango got off the carriage and ran eastwards into the forest.

At the same time, four Iwa shinobi in their signature red outfits appeared in the trees above the carriage. Thankfully, Dango managed to avoid them as they had traveled from the west.

"Captain, is this the carriage we're looking for?" Whispered a shinobi to the one in lead.

"No," a blonde-haired woman shook her head, "We have destroyed five carriages so far, asides from this one. There are only two carriages that the Iwa spy is hiding in. Let's go!"

"Yes, Ma'am!" the remaining three nodded their head and disappeared.

She lingered behind for a moment before throwing several kunai that had explosive tags attached to them. The kunoichi formed a snake hand seal and quickly left.

A few seconds later, a large explosion could be heard.

"Wha?!" Dango yelped as he heard a loud explosion in the same direction the carriage was in. He quickly finished his business and ran towards the area of impact.

When he arrived, he saw the remains of both the carriage and the carriage driver. Immediately, his eyes widened and his jaw fell to the ground.

Despite hearing the groans of the driver, Dango ignored and passed by him. He looked through the wreckage for only one purpose; his bag.

He had left the bag in the carriage when he left to do number one. He was sure that the man wouldn't care about it as there were only clothes and some spare change in it.

Dango didn't expect that his precious bag would be targeted!

After a few minutes of searching, Dango found the remains of his bag. The bag was burnt up along with the clothes. The ryo he had scavenged back home was also burnt up.

'I'll avenge you Baggy!' He inwardly said as he shook his fist to the sky.

Tossing the remains of Baggy away, Dango remembered that the man was still alive, albeit barely. He went to the driver and saw what had happened to him.

The carriage driver was missing an arm and leg. He was practically bleeding all over.

'Smelly...' Was the first thought Dango had towards the man as he scrunched his nose.

Noticing that the kid was backed, the man painfully groaned for help, "Help... me... Help... me..."

"Don't worry, mister! Do not fear, for I am here!" He shouted with a bright smile, doing his best to appease the driver's emotional and mental pain.

However, it did the exact opposite.

To the man, he saw a child of pure evil smiling down on him, relishing his pain and agony as he waited for his death. It certainly didn't help that his declaration sounded like he was going to collect his soul! The man's already weak will couldn't take it anymore and his heart gave out.
