"What spirit possessed you my dear grumpy mean Mei Feng?" he asked using his baby voice

Well, he is used at the evil me. I just missed him too much that I really want to be kind at him even just this day. Only this day. I'll bully him next time we meet again.

"Ugly Wei Zhu spirit" I answered

Xing Shi chuckled softly. That evil bitch doesn't have the right to chuckle in front od us. He continued eating his sandwich. He handed me one and I started eating it.

While Xing Shi continued playing with her flame. Burn her you stupid flame. Burn her and I'm sure that you'll gonna be happy. Ugh. Why am I talking to a flame? Like it's gonna talk back to me.

Tss. Nevermind. What will be the topic of the Imperial Meeting? Maybe something serious?

"Xing Shi. What do you think about the Imperial Meeting?" I asked without looking at her

I don't want to talk to her but, I can't asked that question to my dumb best friend. He'll just make it a joke.

"I agree" Wei Zhu said and raised his right hand

Our attention pinned on the three knocks we heard from the door. Royals don't knock at the Royal Hall door. So weird. Well, except if the one who knocked is not a royal.

"Come in!" Wei Zhu shouted enthusiastically

The door opened and exposed a man in a knight suit

His suit is made of gold which means he is a high ranked knight. He is unarmed which means he is not a threat. Theirs a part of his hair that is tied into a small bun. But a big portion of it just rest at his back and some in the sides of his face.

He look so bold and stalwart. His every move seemed so calculated. He's aura feels so soldier like.

He bowed before talking, "I am Chen Yang Wu an Imperial Knight of Běibian Empire" he said and raised his head

He sat down besides Xing Shi because it's the only vacant sit. One of the Council raised her eyebrows at him.

"Now that the four major empires had arrived. The Imperial Meeting will start" said the council

"Have you heard about the almost Dimensional War 10 years ago?" he stood up and went unto our table. we all nodded, "It's happening now. Last month was the first attack of the Zuì, the Empire of the underworld. They became stronger and smarter. We all have to prepare. After this meeting. You'll go back to your empires and tell your parents about it. Then you'll come back here, to practice, to train, to prepare. Each and everyone of you should master your element. Darkness is now stronger, do not underestimate them" the council stated

"Then, who will protect our empires? We are the greatest defense. We can't leave it for a long time" I said and raised my voice

"I can send my colleagues, the Imperial knights to be exact" Yang Wu said which I didn't expect

All of us was speechless. Protecting an empire is heavy responsibility. The Council looked amused however, me, Wei Zhu and Xing Shi was worried and uncertain.

"They can train your knights" he added

I know their capacity in terms of weapons and agility. But the question is, can we trust them?
