4 A Chance to Fix Everything

It was getting dark, and Ein was still walking to an unknown destination. Suddenly, he is stopped by a creature. It seemed to be a human-sized squirrel with glowing eyes. "What the hell?" Ein says. "Greetings, Ein." The creature says. "Who are you? How do you know my name?" Ein asks, extremely confused. "Who I am is not important. Nor is how I know your name. What is important, is why I'm here." The creature says. "Well, why are you here, then?" Ein asks. "I'm here to ask you something. How badly do you want to change how those... tragic events transpired?" The creature says. "Extremely..." Ein responds. "What if I told you, I had a way for you to change everything?" The creature asks. "I would say: "give it to me!"" Ein says. "What if it would cost you your life?" The creature asks. "My answer would still be: "give it to me."" Ein says. "Very well. Prepare yourself, Ein. This method of time travel will cause you pain." The creature says. "Wait, what?" Ein asks. Then, Ein's vision is engulfed by a blinding light, and he feels a sharp pain all over his body. This causes him to scream. However, he hears no sound from his own voice. After a few moments, his surroundings become clear again. He seems to be in the same area that he was before, but something seems off. "Wait a second. Did he say: "time travel?" Am I in the past?" Ein asks himself. Then, he sees a person walking on the street. "Excuse me! Excuse me!" Ein says, running over to the person. "Sorry if this question sounds weird, but, what's today's date?" Ein asks the person. "November 15, 1988. Why?" The person says. Ein quickly thinks of an excuse. "I didn't have a calendar, and I thought I was late for work! Anyway, thank you!" Ein says, before running off. "I really am in the past. Which means, I can fix things! I just have to find that bastard, Michael." Ein says to himself, as he's running.

Eventually, Ein just so happens to run into Terry. "Oh, excuse me. I'm terribly sorry." Michael says. "You can drop the act, Michael. I know exactly who you are, and what you're doing. And I won't let what you have planned happen again!" Ein says. "Again? Oh... you're from the future, aren't you?" Michael says. "Yes, I am. And you ruined my life! So now, I'm gonna ruin yours!" Ein says. "Oh, and how do you plan on doing that?" Michael asks. "By ruining every last one of your plans!" Ein says. "Heheh, good luck with that, kid." Michael says. "You were beaten once! I know it's possible!" Ein says. "I noticed how you didn't say "I beat you once." I had you under a forever potion, didn't I? I can sense it in your blood. YOU NEVER DID BEAT ME, DID YOU? YOU HURT PEOPLE FOR ME, DIDN'T YOU?" Michael says. "Damn you!" Ein says, before punching Michael in the face. This makes him fall to the ground. "I won't let you make me hurt anyone again!" Ein says, grabbing Michael's shirt, and continuing to punch him over and over again. Despite being punched, Michael starts laughing. "What are you laughing about?" Ein asks. "Don't let anger cloud your judgement, kid." Michael says, before snapping his fingers. Then, Ein starts to feel the effects of the forever potion. "No! I won't let you control me again! Get out of my head!" Ein says, as he clutches his head with his other hand, and continues to hold Michael by the shirt. Somehow, he regains his composure, and continues to hit Michael. "WHAT? THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!" Michael says, in between punches. "It is possible, Michael! And so is this!" Ein says, before throwing Michael on the ground and stomping on his head, knocking him unconscious.

Ein had brought Michael to a witch. In fact, he brought him to one of the most powerful witches he has heard about. Her name is Hyria. He opens the door, and drags Michael in. "Mrs. Hyria! I need to speak with you!" He yells. Hyria walks in. "Yes? Sorry I wasn't at my desk-" Hyria starts to say, before noticing Terry's body. "What's going on here?" Hyria asks. "This man has been making illegal forever potions." Ein says. "Forever potions? How? Not even the most advanced wizards or witches know how to make those!" Hyria says. "The Demon Warlock knew how." Ein says. "Are you implying what I think your implying?" Hyria asks. "Yes, I am. I think this man is The Demon Warlock, or at least... I think he is possessed by The Demon Warlock." Ein says. "Well, even if he isn't, I suppose an exorcism spell wouldn't hurt." Hyria says. "Thank you, Mrs. Hyria." Ein says. Then, Hyria preforms an exorcism spell on Terry. Terry wakes up, and says: "Oh, thank you... so much. I was starting to give up hope." Ein looks at his hand, and notices that it's disappearing. He puts it in his pocket. "Well, glad I could help, but I gotta go!" Ein says, before running out of the door.

Ein had been slowly fading away for a while now. He has accepted his fate. He's just happy that he was finally able to fix things. Eventually, his thoughts faded, along with his body. Until there was nothing left.
