The Next day

Jacob's pov

'After what was told to us last night really messed with everyone mainly finding out that no one remembers us in our world except for our two young teen members when they were still in that world.' I thought sitting down waiting for breakfast and the atmosphere was really awkward with none of the usual noise in the morning "So not to cut in on you guys' depressing thoughts of the possibility of our families and friends not remembering us when we make it back in our world." Morgan said breaking the awkward silence and causing everyone to break out of their thoughts including mine "Well what can we do even though you said that we have to worry about the present and the future of this thrown-together team that is like a family won't help any because we will always be thinking of the past." I said being a pessimist which caused everyone to look at me. "While that may be true, we honestly have bigger problems in this world than we did in our old one considering that most of the people in this world have gifts, weapons, and hand-to-hand combat that could kill us. Strange creatures that can kill us and we literally have no way of going back home in case you haven't noticed so that is the least of my worries. Also, we have each other to lean on we are not alone even though some of us argue a lot we know we have each other's backs because together we stand but alone, we fall." Morgan said looking at all of us with determination in her eyes and her words striking me along with everyone else to remind us that all is not lost and we must focus on now than being stuck in the past. "Morgan's right, we have each other and if we have any problems, we always go to each other to talk about it, and if we don't want to talk about it. We ask each other to spar to get rid of our frustrations or anger." Bella said standing next to Morgan having her hand on her shoulder in support of what Morgan said while pointing out solid evidence of us leaning on each other in our time of need. 'They're right how could I... No, we would be so blind to forget that we have each other.' I thought in shock of how Morgan was right and she was trying to show us that we don't have any reason to be consumed by the past. We can't change what happened at all but we can move to the future and when I looked at everyone else besides Morgan and Bella had shocked looks that then turned into determined eyes with me following their expressions.

"So has everyone got it through their thick skulls now? Do you truly understand my point now?" Morgan said with one eyebrow raised which caused the rest of us to look at each other and then at her and Yell to her "Yes! Leader Morgan we understand completely now!" with grins on all our faces bar Morgan "Guys stop that's embarrassing." Morgan whined blushing up a storm "Then stop acting so much like a true leader then and we wouldn't have this problem." I said teasing her. She then turned to look at me with a glare warning me to stop or face the consequences of a prank war which caused me to immediately stop 'Nope never going through that pain again' I thought shuddering while looking straight at Morgan's vindictive eyes. "Okay, now that eye-opening talk is over let's start planning on getting to knightsp-" and before Bella could finish her sentence, we all heard voices pretty close to us. "I don't understand why we have to look for 'The Wolf Pack'." ??? said whining.
