2 New World, New Reality

April 03,2040 6am in the morning another day of summer starts for all in a populated area of Eden , it's also a phenomenal day for any one because a newly discovered comet will be passing through the side of the earth 15 hrs from now. The comet is expected to give a beautiful radiance at night resulting in a group discussion of people about its meaning. Some say it's a start of a new era with the blessing of its radiance, others say's it's an omen that it suddenly appear out of nowhere and cause chaos to the earth and very few believe that it's here for the chosen one, but alas many other's view it as a astronomical phenomenon like the passing of those other comets in the past.

Today also hold a different meaning for our MC, yes today is the day where he can finally play the virtual game which he love the most. 3 years ago he was forced to move out of his sister's house and start living by himself in the small apartment close to his job. He had no choice since he was redirected to other place by his company for a 3 year project contract. These also mean that he need to focus all his attention on these project leaving him no choice but to temporary stop playing until the contact finish, Alas the day finally come.

In the center of a tiny room a 168cm bare chest man was doing a routine exercise with an average muscular body build, he was toning his body to condition, preparing it for the night activity that will come after the contract sign out finish today.

Yes today is the day I'm so excited i can't wait any longer. I better set up those guys back so that when i return its ready to use.

After the long day ahead of him Klause directly go back home, eating a light meal just to fill up his stomach before diving in the game. 30 minutes before the comet pass by to the earth Klause put on the virtual helm, sensory gloves, motion boots and buckle himself in an active time event vest which can rotate to move freely and in sync with the helm. The A.T.E.Vest is rooted to the ground. Inside the game Klause is checking all his character stats items, equipment, skills basically his doing a thorough check up.

It's good to be back and nothing's gone wrong while I'm gone for 3 years now i should head back to training room to familiarize myself with my avatars again, after all i was gone for too long and begun to rust up my moves, training is a must.

While immersing himself with the training, outside people are anticipating the spectacular passing of the mysterious comet and does they had decided to do a countdown just what we do during a new year, inside the game just 1 minute before the passing Klause suddenly feels that the air in the environment became heavy like a massive pressure suddenly blows, the gravity became heavy and crack in the training room started to spread. He had no idea what's going on as for the outside people started the countdown 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...0....... then suddenly BOOOOOM a loud electrical pulse occur in every parts of the world some cause fire and explosion, and inside the game a loud ear piercing noise occurred followed by big explosion hitting Klause badly.

After the massive explosion caused by unknown interference from the passing comet to the different parts of the world that not only wipe out the servers data and also destroys several properties of people, company and government amounting to trillion's cost. The people of earth simply have no idea what has happened during that night, a week pass only that the NASA and world government had enlightened the people of the world of what has triggered mass interference around the world.

Explaining the weird outburst of energy from the comet that cause the earth's magnetic flux to give sudden outburst and thus cause's the malfunction in the world electronic devices including power plants and other companies. Giving these explanation that the people slowly return to their life organizing and doing what they can to have a normal life again only worrying them self and their families.

A month has passed since the interference, somewhere in the universe Klause slowly opened his eyes sensing the warm heat from the sun, thinking back what has happened after he feinted from the ear piercing noise he now then view his surroundings and somewhat feel familiar to the place.

Klause POV.....

Damn my head still hurts, what was that all about? and what what happened to these place... last time I check it was all completely intact, but now it's all ruined. " yeah that's right these place is the same place where he was before he was unconscious the training hall for the player who wish to familiarized with their avatar ". Oh well maybe it a new update and design for the training hall better step outside to see what are the rest that change. ".

As he walk closer to the portal he notice something floating in front of him, it was a small card emitting a strange glow like it was responding to every step he made. He reach out to try and get a hold of these mysterious card, but as soon as he touch it's tip it begun to emit a noise.... omh ommmh ommmmmmmmh boooooooom, right after it disappear he felt a strange reaction happening inside his body, like something was stirring his inside making his mind go hazy for a bit and then his muscle's feels like it was just recently finish an intense worked out.

Strange why do i feel these way right after touching that strange card, and also these feeling it's almost like real. These is something new, i wonder if these applies too in combat, the feeling of pain after getting hit. Ha ha ha i wonder how the other's are reacting like now, after all these is the first time that we experience these new settings. Oh right i better be checking the strange card that i pick up now, I'm sure it went in my inventory after it banish, let's see its function and it's description.

As i raise my hand and swipe it downward in the air to open up my status and inventory, i became alarmed cause i can't open up my inventory, not only my inventory but also i cant access my status, skill menu, settings, emergency call and also the most important of all the logout option.

What the hell...what is happening here? why can't i access my inventory, my skill menu, my stats, my other settings and most of all the emergency call and log out options,.... why why why why....

At these moment i started to panic not knowing what to do, not knowing where to ask or turn to someone i know because even the friend list icon is gone. I repeatedly swipe down my arm dozens of time in desperate attempt to access or trigger something but nothing happened, all i get is a fatigue crawling and building up in my arm from desperately swinging it downwards repeatedly.

After calming down a bit and process what has transpire earlier i decided to push all these questions back in the corner of my mind and find someone who can answer all of my questions, because i remember that I'm inside the training space and it's rare for some player to wander her now a days.

It's no use i guess i have to step out these training space first to find some answers from someone outside, maybe I'm just jumping out to conclusion and started to panic at the thought of being trap in here for life, maybe it's just some update just by looking up in these place, that has turned from neat peaceful training ground to a ravage training area that looks like it has been a war battleground... mmmm in my opinion these environment update sucks.. ok time to leave these place.
