"ENOUGH!!!" roared Prince Nicholas." If you want to die then I will fulfill your wish! Shadows tie her up alongside her husband!!!" Nicholas was fuming with anger!

The Shadows went forth to drag her to the pillar but the Empress stopped them. "No need to drag me, I can go myself there!" saying this, she herself went to the pillar waiting to be tied down. After a few minutes, the Empress was tied alongside the Emperor.

"This Emperor never imagined that you are willing to die with him! You really love me" the Emperor was deeply touched by the Empress' reaction. When Merlia left him all alone, it was Rosella who would accompany him.

He thought that she would be willing to become Prince Nicholas' woman. It is difficult to forget the first love and Prince Nicholas and Rosella were considered a couple that could never be separated.

But still, here she is, refusing to go to Prince Nicholas!

Few hours passed away, Prince Nicholas was now sitting on the Emperor's throne and making the necessary arrangements. He was giving out the orders to his people. Edicts were being sent to various states under the Helian Empire to inform the people, of the change of power. Prince Nicholas sent his people to bring over his family including his wife Niara and son Xander.

Suddenly the Empress started feeling uneasy. She was swaying like a kite, if she had not been tied to the pillar, then she might have fallen down by now. Many people noticed it.

This didn't escape Prince Nicholas' eyes and he simply asked," What is going on with you Empress Rosella? Are you feeling uneasy by thinking about your meeting with this Prince's wife and son?"

The Empress didn't reply but she simply coughed out blood and her complexion started turning pale. She ventured once again into her past memories...

"Rose, love, you can't leave me here in this world all alone, you are not allowed to die. WAKE UP ROSELLA!!!" Nicholas was shouting and crying. It was few days after she was shot by a poisonous arrow in her abdomen while trying to save Nicholas.

Her whole body had turned purplish due to the poison. She was simply hanging between life and death. "Please, please wake up Rose, I can't live without you. If you die, then I will also take my life" Rosella was in a deep sleep and was walking towards a bright light in her dream.

But then the shouts started increasing and she could not move forward. It felt like someone was holding her in their embrace and not letting her move forward. But it was a nice feeling full of warmth and love.

Then her lips curved upward into a beautiful smile. Rosella remained unconscious for one week but Nicholas only left her side when her bandages needed to be changed. Otherwise, Nicholas absolutely refused to even move from her side. After knowing all this, Rosella felt that no one could love her more than this man who was ready to die together with her...
