3 Ch 3: General Store Opening and Hogwarts Letter.

The blue light flashed, and to Ryan's surprise, he did not return to his bedroom, but appeared in some other room. This room was about 20 square meters big. There were shelves on three walls. The shelves were empty, only on the shelves facing the door were there three pots of plants, this should be what he bought just now. Except for the shelves, there is just a lamp on the ceiling and a counter with a chair in the room.

Ryan walked to the door and opened the door, and found that there was a gray mist outside. He just wanted to go out and have a look, but found that there seemed to be an invisible barrier on the door, that stopped him from moving out at all.

At this time, a piece of information was poured into Ryan's mind. This is the Myriad realm General store. The goods will be placed on the shelves. The goods produced by the owner can be used at will, such as the plants that are proliferated every week. However, if you want to sell the goods to someone, they must pay the corresponding price.

Every time he goes to another world in the future, he will start from here and return to here. When a guest or task arrives, he will be reminded to let it enter the store. Also, as long as he is not in combat mode, he can enter the store. At present, the only world that can be visited is the World of Plants vs. Zombies, and he has to wait for enough energy to accumulate needed for a round trip, which is ten days. Now, he can leave here and return to the real world at any time.

After going through all of this information, Ryan chose to leave the General store. After a flash, Ryan returned to his bedroom. Looking at the alarm clock on the table, he had obviously been tossed in the world of Plants vs. Zombies for five or six hours, but now the clock shows that he has only been away for an hour. It seems that the time flow of the mission world and the main world is not the same, but this is a very good thing, if he disappears for too long and someone notices, it will be too difficult to explain.

Since there's still a long time before dawn, Ryan went to bed after cleaning up. In his sleep, he dreamed that he had gained countless wealth and unimaginable strength from the General store, opened up the passage channel to his hometown, and then lived like a salted fish, a happy life. (salted fish: idling and doing nothing)

Just as Ryan was dreaming of sunbathing on the Hawaiian beach with his parents and adoptive parents, the alarm clock rang. Ryan recalled the night's dream, sighed, then got up and went to the bathroom to get ready for the day.

When going out, Ryan found that some gift boxes were placed in the corridor in front of his door, which should be his birthday present. Turning over the greeting card above, it says Happy birthday to our son.

Ryan grinned happily, moved them into his room, and then walked down the stairs. Downstairs, Ms. Sally had already prepared breakfast, and Mr. Lambert was slowly coming down the stairs when the postman's car bell was heard.

"Ryan, go get the letters. I think the supermarket discount poster might be here this month." Sally shouted from the kitchen.

Ryan after putting on some slippers opened the door and went to the mailbox on the lawn in front of the door.

Opening the mailbox, there are four letters in it, one is a poster of discounted merchandise from a nearby supermarket, one is a letter sent to father by an editor from a publishing enterprise, and the other is a postcard sent here by a colleague of her mother from a trip in Thailand. The last letter is to Ryan.

When Ryan saw this letter, his pupils suddenly shrank and dilated immediately after that, because the envelope of this letter was made of rare parchment paper without a stamp on it, and it was written in emerald-green ink: London, Greenwich District, 12 Quebec Street Mr. Ryan Liang.

Turning the envelope with a trembling hand. On the back of the envelope, there is a wax seal, a shield coat of arms, and a lion, an eagle, a badger, and a snake surrounding the capital letter "H".

Although he may have forgotten many things over the past ten years, he has never forgotten his childhood favorite movie, Harry Potter.

Obviously, this letter came from Hogwarts. As for the possibility of pranks, this is 1991, Rowling's novel has not been written yet, how could anyone do this as a prank.

As for not discovering that he was a wizard before, Ryan felt that it was probably because in this body lies an adult soul, which could control emotions well, so there was no magical riot caused by the emotional outburst which is most common in young wizards.

Originally, after getting the system yesterday, Ryan had already planned to rely on the system to make a fortune and gain immense strength, and finally, find a way back to his previous home.

As a result, after receiving the admission letter from Hogwarts today, another mysterious door opened to Ryan. He felt that the major events that happened in the past few days and now were happening one after another, as if he had met all the impossibilities of his life altogether.

It seems that this world is not an ordinary world as I have thought in the past ten years, but a world filled with magic.

Going back to the house and handing over the other letters to his parents, and finishing the breakfast absent-mindedly. Ryan went to the kitchen and opened the wax seal with a knife, and it turned out that there was a familiar letter inside.

Ryan took the letter and returned to the living room. His father was sitting on the sofa and watching TV while his mother was checking out the pamphlet of discounted goods in the supermarket.

Seeing Ryan walking into the living room with an opened letter, Mr. Lambert looked away from the TV screen and asked: "What's the matter, dear, is there a girl writing to you?"

"No, no." Ryan replied, and then handed the letter to Mr. Lambert: "I just received a strange letter of admission."

Lambert and Sally took the letter.

  five minutes later.

"Isn't this a prank?" Mr. Lambert asked in confusion.

"Indeed, things like magic don't sound like real." Sally also followed.

Ryan was about to say something, but the doorbell rang suddenly.

"Were we expecting any guests today?" Mr. Lambert stood up, went out, and opened the door.

At the door stood a middle-aged man with red hair, wearing a suit that was in style like twenty years ago from today.

"Hello, are you Ryan Liang's guardian?" The other party spoke warmly.

"Hello, I am his father, what's the matter?" Mr. Lambert asked.

"Arthur Weasley, a member of the Ministry of Magic, came here regarding the issue of your son's academics." The man replied.

"Okay, please come in." Mr. Lambert stepped aside and invited Arthur in, and then asked, "I'd take the liberty to ask, which school do you think my child is going to go to?"

"Hogwarts," Arthur said, "I also graduated from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."

When Sally heard these words, she was surprised and said: "Is the magic school real?"

"Of course it's true. Hogwarts is the best wizarding school in Europe. Basically, every little wizard in the UK has to go to school there."

Mr. Lambert looked down at Ryan and asked in Chinese: "Do you think you want to go to this school?"

Ryan replied: "Since I am considered to have some kind of magical powers, it is necessary to learn and master these abilities. After all, it would be dangerous to have this kind of power, and not knowing how to use or control it."

After the father and son had finished speaking, Mr. Lambert turned to Arthur and said, "I have decided to send my child to Hogwarts, but where is Diagon Alley mentioned in this letter?"

"Diagon Alley, you can go there through the backyard of the Leaky Cauldron." After Arthur waved his magic wand, a line of text appeared on the white paper on the table.

"26 Charing Cross Street, London's West End."

"This is the location of the Leaky Cauldron Take your child there. He can see it." After that, as if suddenly thinking of something, Arthur took out a ticket from his pocket and said, "This is the ticket to Hogwarts. Don't lose your train ticket. The platform is through the pillar between the ninth and tenth platforms. If you go early you can see other wizards who are going to school, and you will know how to get in."

After speaking, Arthur waved goodbye to the three people, then walked out the door to a bush and waved at them, and then with the sound of firecrackers, he disappeared on the lawn in front of the door.

It seems that not everyone is treated like the savior is, you know being accompanied throughout, Ryan thought.
