Just after thinking about that, Nate could feel his consciousness drifting back to his original body.

Soon after he was back in his body, Nate did not fail to notice that Kai was still standing in the position he was in, and had not yet moved.

'good. You just waited for me to come back '

At this point, Nate noticed that he had leveled up, and Peter had not, at least not to his level.

He decided to use this opportunity to train the latter more infighting, though he did not know if Peter would be able to grab anything that had been thought. 

but to Nate's greatest surprise, what Peter er did next left him in particular shock.

Usually, Peter would just swing the ax at the target, once it comes any closer. but this time he did the opposite. 

He ran directly toward Kai, though his speed was not at the same level as Nate's. but he was not by any means slower than him.

Kai had been relying on his clone to escape from Nate so far because the latter was just too fast for him to keep up.

Peter swung the ax at Kai who bent over to swerve and went to understand Peter. 

At the same time, he was preparing to strike Peter from behind with the spear. but right then, he saw the ax coming to his face, and it was coming at a speed greater than before.

Kai was able to swerve to the right side just missing the ax by a near miss.

At this moment when Peter was the one coming for him, Kai believed that he had no problem, which is why at this moment, he was a lot more confident that he could deal with Peter.

but this time around it was not a spear, but a long sword that was about 10 inches long, with a plastic handle.

Kai swung the sword at Peter intending to finish him off and then have a word with Nate.

The sound of two metal jamming each other was heard. but Kai was not planning to stop there, as he continued slashing the sword at Peter from his left and right.

but Peter was able to keep the sword out of his reach by swinging the ax in the exact direction Kai was aiming with his sword.

'How is he able to do that?' Kai thought in a confused manner.

'Now thinking of it, how can it still use a weapon, and zombies are made to be mindless creators'

Though Kai was not getting what he wanted, he still found out something that sent Shiva down his spine.

While still fighting Peter, Kai used a sidesight to look at Nate's chest.

'he is one of them' 

though this discovery almost cost him his life, as Peter was aggressively attacking him, and almost sliced off his head.

Meanwhile, Nate on the other hand was enjoying the show, though he was ready to get in any time things turned south.

Peter at this moment was the one getting the upper hand, while Kai was being pushed backwards.

It was true that Kai was now an evolved human being, but his type of power was not based on strength, although to normal people, he might have inhuman strength. but to people like Nate and Peter, he is still considered weak.

The ax was raised into the sky and was slammed at Kai who horizontally placed his sword in front of him.

Kai almost lost his balance. but instead, he was forced to bend slightly as one of his kneels was touching the ground.

'Just a perfect open' Kai thought as he pulled out a knife from his pants and started stabbing at Peter's abdomen.

but so far nothing was happening, Peter kept pushing on the ax making Kai bend more as his two legs were now perfectly kneeling on the ground.

"harakah..!" 

Kai could notice the saliva that was streaming down from Peter's mouth.

'shit... Kia this is how you died ' Kai caused in his breath.

just when all hope is lost, and Kai is about to give up.

He heard the sound of footsteps, as they approached them from the other side.

"Kai just because you are no longer a normal human, you are oppressing me with it" a slightly tall teenager with blue hair appeared.

"Mia?" Nate muttered in confusion which soon turned into a grin.

"Quick..mia help me out !" Kai shouted.

At this point, Kai knows that he can not clone them again, because the moment they appear, Nate is always there to finish them off before they can help out, or even worse switch himself into another clone.

Mia was confused upon seeing the scene before him as his mouth was wide open.

"Common, do something!" Kai shouted out, snapping Mia out of his daze.

"I'm sorry Kai but one of us must survive," Mia said as he turned his back to race out to the distance he just came from. What he just saw almost made him pee on his pants. If someone like Kai who was already an evolved human could find himself in such a condition, then what exactly would he do to help? He did not forget to drop his last word to Nate.

"Don't worry in the future when I get stronger, I will make sure those zombies pay!" he said as he continued racing out.

but just right then, a shadow appeared in front of him.

"I don't think you are good enough for me to add you to my horde list," Nate said to Mia as he drew near to him.

Just before Mia could notice the person in front of him, a knife was sent directly to his head, going through his eye socket and deep into his brain.

'Fool, that's what you deserve ' Kai thought as he let go of the sword. 

At this point, he knows that it is pointless.

but just then, he noticed that Nate was still focused on Mia.

"Maybe this will work" Kai used the last energy in his to summon a clone.

Kai did not wait and took up to his hills.

After killing Kai in front of him, Peter did not go further to attack the clone, so this gave Kai some time to run off into the distance.

At this point, Nate notices the figure that was running away.

'You think you can escape, think again ' Nate throws out the knives at Kai. but the distance between the two was clear, as the knives could not reach him. 

But among the knives was also a knife that was not attached to any wires.

The knife flew to Kai and pierced his right foot.

"Ahhhhh" Kai shouted out.

Nate slowly approaches Kai but soon stops in his tracks.

"What is that?" Nate asked no one in particular as he looked up to the sky.

"I'm not the one that will kill you after all" Nate muttered to Kai.

Meanwhile, the latter was lying on the ground, staring at the meteorite coming toward him.

'This is your end, Kai '
