Therefore, it was a shock to Su Yu that something like this would happen tonight. He was driving through an intersection; there were only two people in his sports car, and he didn't speed nor run a red light. 

The truck, however, had run a red light and was speeding towards them from the intersection to their right. 

If Su Yu reacted a second later, Han Yueyao would've died on the spot. But he didn't – as soon as he realized what was happening, Su Yu stepped on the gas pedal as hard as he could. Although the truck was driving very quickly, it only crashed into the tail of Su Yu's Lamborghini.
