[Bonus chapter]Chapter 108 Valkyrie Guild
A carriage that's donning a flag with a skull and two swords forming an x shape on it can be seen traversing the road to the summit. Behind this carriage is another one that's donning a flag with a horse with wings.
"This Lavierre Guilds made it a habit to fucking go to Zirracania whenever they pleases." A loud voice of a man coming from the former carriage shouted.
"Oh please! Go cry to your protector, at the first place she's the one who ask us to go here at the first place." A loud voice of a woman coming from the latter carriage retorted.
The two exchange harsh insults before they reach the summit where the protector summoned them. Aside from the usual steep path, the two escorted carriage arrived safely at the protector's domain.
The same with Alger, they were also interrogated at the front gate before giving them permission to enter while their attendants and guild mates are force to set camp outside. The two who were bickering back and forth during the journey finally met each other face to face.
"What was the protector thinking inviting these people here over and over again?" The voice comes from an elderly elf with his one eye close due to a scar. He wore a tunic with not much design on it except for his guild emblem which belongs to Hallows Guild.
"Your protector might gone really crazy when even a senile old man can be invited in her domain." The voice that retorted comes from a tanned skin girl human with long hair and wore a full plate armor with a silver finish and a pegasus engraving, the emblem of the Valkyrie Guild from the Lavierre Kingdom.
"I would highly advise that the two of you stop your bickering right now, especially when in front of the protector." An orc that are escorting the two of them interrupted.
The group arrives at the mini garden that acts as the reception area of the protector's domain. After waiting for a few minutes, Delmira also arrive at the same mini garden to meet the two guest she invited.
As soon as Delmira arrives at the mini garden, the old man from the Hallows guild immediately bows to show respect. The same goes with the woman from the Valkyrie Guild.
"At ease." Delmira said while waving her hand. "Swordsmaster Falael, I assume Alger already brief you on what you're suppose to do here?" Delmira added.
"Yes, protector." Falael answered.
"Good, your new student are at the backyard, they are waiting for you." Delmira said while gesturing at one of her maid to escort Falael to the backyard where the two red heads are waiting.
Once Falael left the room, Delmira's expression change into a more serious look.
"Serra, I received the grave news about what happened to the guild leader Crimson Sigil Guild." Delmira said. "Its unfortunate what happened to him, this is why I want for all of us to stick together at least until we have more information about our enemies." she added.
"Ezekiel let his greed get into his head and he put himself and his guild mates in danger by being arrogant." The tanned skin woman said. "So what's your plan? How do we even gather information about these disgusting creatures." she added.
"For now I need all of us to stay together here, them setting up Ezekiel is not a coincidence, my theory is they somehow manage to set up an underground network, that's the only explanation why they have information on how to lure in Ezekiel." Delmira explained. "My informants are also on the way as we speak, let's hope they found out something about these creatures." she added.
