Ria's POV
" Ria! come out already! you've been there for an hour! "
my sister shouted,
I didn't care 'cause duh it's Valentine's Day I need to look perfect
"Hey! don't you hear me yelling! why are you always like this"
and she shouted again,
she always acts like a victim, as if!, she's the one always taking 2 hours in the shower EVERYDAY, y'all hear me EVERYDAY!. I always take shower in rush because of her! so if I have a special occasion I get up an hour early than her so I can take a shower first, SO I DON'T HAVE TO RUSH!
" Ria! come out! your sister needs to leave soon! "
and there goes my mom,
like why am I always the one to adjust, just because I'm younger? isn't it the other way around?, so annoying! but what can I do besides obeying ?!. I came out of the bathroom and went to my room then got dressed.
20 minutes Later
" you goin' first? "
my dad asked , I nodded.
My Dad is a taxi driver and my mom is a housewife, so we're not really rich but we're not that poor either. My sister and I have a 5 years gap so we're not really close, she's in 2nd year college, she took Accountancy in her senior year but changed to Law in college, my dad said my sister wants to be a business lawyer, and that when she gets a job she would be the one to support my studies, that's why they said I should be nice to her, i mean it's not like I don't want us to be close but it's just we CAN'T be close, it's not really Impossible but she's not doing anything for it to be possible, I tried but she just don't like the idea of us being close.
" We're here "
my dad said,
Star Technology High School (STHS) WELCOME!, it's in a pretty different state today 'cause they'll be having some kind of event to celebrate Valentines day in an " EDUCATIONAL WAY", I know what you're thinking , but no we're not nerds and this school is not ALL ABOUT STUDIES, it's an AMAZING school according to other people and I guess you can put it that way, but I'm not really that impressed YET.
" RIA!! why are you so early today? that's a miracle *LAUGHS* "
Olivia said,
" HAHA very funny, I got my skills ya know "
I responded with one of my left eyebrow raised
We both laughed, Olivia has been my bestfriend since first year, she's a very good make up artist! she was also amazed by her skills 'cause she didn't know she can do that, she discovered it on our 2nd year here.
Speaking of discovering skills, STHS is a " VERY AMAZING" school according to others 'cause it's a school where you can discover your skills, long story short it's a school were dreamless students finds their dream, well that's mostly what they're known for but it doesn't necessarily mean that only dreamless student study here, there are student who started to study here with their dream already in their mind, STHS is also a very known school in enhancing your own skills that's why many parents wants their child to study here, but every year only 200 out of a thousand students get in, when I heard that, I was like what if there's some student there that was just short in points but actually deserves to be in this school? ...and they had an answer to that, exclusive only to STHS students and exam takers, like what the heck, every year STHS holds a special event for those who didn't got in, it was like a short version of what students from STHS studies, EVERYTHING was included in that event so I was in raged 'cause if you can get everything in just one day why bother passing the exam, but what can I do I'm already here. Such a scam
*BELL RINGING*
" Students! kindly form a line at the hallway, then proceed to the auditorium silently, the event would be starting in 5 minutes "
The speaker said ( LOL )
" Scuti-tians! who's in charge of sitting arrangement during events? "
our adviser asked
" Oh me, but I injured my hands yesterday during gym class "
Olivia responded
" Oh then you should find your own replacement, you know the rule "
Our adviser added,
our classmates left the room leaving me and Olivia, and looking at Olivia's face you'd probably know what she wants to say
" Okay fine, in exchange treat me later for lunch "
I responded, she thanked me, then left, I sighed

MC: Good Morning Students! First of all HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! * CROWD CHEERS * today we would be celebrating Valentines together in an " EDUCATIONAL WAY " * CROWD LAUGHS* kidding aside Today we're goin' back to STHS 5 years ago, *someone shouts "Come On why History"* "Everyone Laughs" well I'm sorry *MC laughs* , moving on 5 years ago there's this legendary group of gentlemen known to be the top students in dance, music and sports class, they were really living the STHS life quote "Nothing is Impossible if you have Determination", Today they're back, but not to discover more, but to reveal what they have discovered. please welcome back " Adrian Vega, James Goda, Jacob Sovanna & Isaac Almos, OneDream " *CROWD CHEERS, FANS SCREAMS*

I got in the auditorium minutes late, 'cause I didn't know where they put the Event sitting arrangement paper plus the other classmate in charge sneaked out so I had to do it alone
" What did I miss? "
I asked Olivia
" history class? "
Olivia responded
" oh great, I hate history anyway, just kidding "
I replied then laughed
" why are you so late? "
Olivia asked
" let me see 'cause the one who was supposed to be helping me is already sitting beside you"
I responded a bit annoyed, she signaled peace, Olivia Laughed
" Now, Today is Valentines day, today is all about love, Today we will be discussing about how Love can be your inspiration to your dream. Love can make you do many things you know, love can be either a good thing for you but it can also be bad. Now first of all I would like to ask some of you, What is your Dream? "
the MC said
I would like to raise my hand too but I don't know the answer.
My parents actually wanted me to study here so out of curiosity about how amazing STHS was I took the exam and did my actual best.
My first year, around 2nd or 3rd quarter some of my classmates who was confused to what their dream is started to truly understand their self and began being clear about what they want to be, I was pretty amazed and got my hopes up that I'll be able to find my true self soon too, but unfortunately nothing really changed.
On the 3rd quarter of my 2nd year here, I started to lose hope and interest. I started to think that, maybe it doesn't really work for everyone.
So one day I asked myself, Why am I dreamless?, I thought of hundreds of reason, but only one gave me a bit of hope, " Maybe I'm just not ready yet ", yes it kind of doesn't make sense but it was the only reason I want to believe.
One student said she wants to be an engineer, the other one a doctor and Olivia said a professional make up artist. but the last answer was the one that got us all shock
" My dream is to see my baby successful "
the student said
I was like what, did I heard that right?, did she just said her baby?, well that's a wow, baby at 15?
" S-sorry I think we misheard you, did you say your baby? "
the MC asked
" Oh I.....

Ria said to her mom
" Flight attendants should be Tall and have a good skin "
her sister said to her then smirked

" Dad I want to be a lawyer "
Ria said
" But your sister is already taking law "
her dad replied
" then we would both be lawyer "
Ria added
" Hmm How about being a soldier?, you continue my unfinished dream "
Her dad told her
Ria gave an annoyed sigh then went to her bedroom
" Then what's left for me to dream?, I can't be a flight attendant 'cause I'm not really qualified, I can't be a lawyer 'cause it wouldn't be interesting to others as my sister would be the first to be an actual one and how can I be a soldier when I get scared by a slight thunder. What should I dream to make them proud? is there even a dream that would make them proud? "
Ria told her self.
