This is not a story, it is a workout journal. I will put my workouts in this journal and publish it each day. My progress will be shown, as to motivate myself. If anyone actually reads this, then I hope you have a good rest of your day. I don’t have to train for anything, and I just want my body to be solid. I don’t really like weights, so I will mostly be doing body weight exercises. Anyone who has tips, write it in the comments please.
