8 Chapter 8

I can't stop fidgeting. The silence is killing me. Kimmton keeps on staring at me and I don't know what's going on his mind. We are now in the living room of the main mansion where my family lives.

So much happened today that I don't have any more strength left. After I explained to him all of the things that I need to tell him I felt so weak. I don't know that baring your emotion to someone can be this tiring. And I can't help to feel scared on what would he want to do after this.

My eyes water in thinking that he might reject me and my wolf. I suck a deep breath and fight the tears from falling as I let my head down. I don't want him to see me like this, when I feel so weak.

I know now that he is strong, far stronger than a normal human. The scene that greeted me and my friends will be forever engrave on my mind. He is sitting in the middle of the clearing full of dead bodies of wolves scattered around. It is gruesome, some of the bodies were decapicitated. The others were chopped to pieces. And Kimmton is soaked from head to toe by their blood. And his eyes,...its so cold and detached. It seems he is not even bothered by all of it. And it even surprise me when Aiden told us that Kimmton and his bodyguard was the one responsible on killing them.

I realized then that he don't need me. He can live by his own and he is strong enough to protect himself. He is human, and I am a werewolf. My world is different than him. My heart twist with pain and my wolf whimper. My body started to shake, and the tears starts falling. Clutching my chest my body started to tremble then I started sobbing. I can feel my world falling apart, and I don't know what to do anymore.

"Hey, Deathon are you okay." A gentle voice ask, glancing up I saw Kimmton. His eyes are full of worry, while he frantically called someone's name. I can't understand what he is saying. My mind is in turmoil. And I can feel my heart breaking to tiny pieces. I suddenly lunge at Kimmton, hugging him tightly.

"Please, don't leave me! I love you so much Kim!" I shamefully whimper, while clutching to him tightly.

"Huh?! Wh- what?"

"He might be thinking that you are rejecting him." I heard Trenton voice said.

"Reject? Eh, what the fuck!" Kim suddenly yell, then I felt him pull my chin upwards. Kim eyes are full of so much emotion, and it make my heart thud loudly. "Deathon can you hear me?" He ask, then I nod at him. "I'm gonna say it one more time, okay. I fucking love you! And I don't care if you are a wolf ,or a dog, or whatever! Just believe me when I say that okay! I'm just surprise when you told me that we are mates and we are destined to be together forever. I mean, I'm not rejecting you and your wolf. I'm just... its hard to process it all. But my love for you never change and I... I realized that I'm lucky that I met you and... we can be together forever. I'm so honored and happy to be with you! So please stop crying, baby."

My wolf start howling, and I feel a sudden warmth filled me inside. I stare at him, and I know that he meant it all. Then I captured his mouth to a hot searing kiss. I pour all of my love to the kiss. I want him to know how much I love him. Which he reciprocate with the same passion. And we become loss in our own world.

A sudden clearing of throat stop us. Turning I saw my brothers and Aiden smirking at us. I felt my cheeks burning from embarrasment.

"Wow! Deathon are you blushing?" Trenton ask.

"Shut up!" I growl at him, earning a snicker from Chester. Then I heard my mate giggle. I love the sound of it, so angelic.

"Okay, it seems that your okay now." Trenton said. I nod at him. "Then we need to start planning. Selena won't stop this war, and I know that its not right for me to ask now but Kimmton who are you really? I know you are not normal human if you can kill our kind without getting hurt even a little bit. So please can you tell us?"

I felt Kim tense up. I know he don't want to tell us, but even so I want him to. I want to know him more and to be closer to him.

"Young master don't have to answer any questions from you, so back off mutts." A menacing voice suddenly said, my grip to Kim suddenly become tighter. His bodyguard is standing in the doorway with two silver guns in both hands which is pointing to Trenton. Trenton, Chester and Aiden growl at him. But his expression remain the same, stoic, collected and calm.

"Matthew drop your gun." Kim suddenly sigh as he eye the man with raised brow.

"Are you sure?" Matthew ask, Kim just cock his head at him. Then Matthew lower his gun and put it to his back. "I need to tell this to your father, you know."

"I understand."

"Okay, I'm going first. Just call me if you want to go home, okay." Kim just nod at him then he is gone.

The room suddenly become silent. No one knows what to said first.

"I am from the mafia." Kim suddenly burst out. We gape at him. That is not something we were expecting him to say. Damn!
