10 Chapter 9: Endorsement

Rojen's POV

Giving flyers to other people is fun. Especially when they're receiving it. Some people just ignored me but earlier, a bunch of girls came to me and get some flyers. They also took a picture of me but I didn't complain. There's nothing wrong. if someone's taking a picture of you.

I heard them saying that I'm cute and handsome. Well all stars know that I am one of the most handsome star that lives on Astroella Galaxy. I'm used to it already.

Luckily, there's no flyers left before evening. That means I'll just have to wait for Fiona to fetch me here in the park.

"Maybe later, she'll be here."

I just keep on waiting to her until late night. No one's walking here on park anymore. I felt sad being alone here in park but I stopped myself from feeling it that's why I looked at the stars and talked to the stars.

"Hi there, my friends. How are you? Are you okay there? Wait for me. I'll just finish my mission here then I'll come back to you. I miss you all so much." I said and didn't notice the tear that escaped my left eye.

I wiped it and waited for Fiona to come along here.

I walked around to waste my time waiting for her until a storm cloud covered the sky full of stars and then one by one drop until it turned into rain.

I ran towards the bench where Fiona left me earlier, expecting that she'll be there and gonna fetch me but I was wrong because there is no trace of Fiona.

I just sat on the bench and let the rain soaked me. I cover my head to my knees to hide my face.

I heard footsteps. I stood up and suddenly looked at it, expecting it to be Fiona but I was wrong. It was Marco.

"Why would you expect Fiona to fetch you here? She's not coming."

"Yes she will. She told me she'll fetch me here."

"Then where is she? It's raining already but you're here, all alone. She didn't care about you. She just told you that so that she'll get rid of you because you're a burden to her."

"That's not true."

"Whatever. I'll just leave you here alone." he said and walked away.

Is it true that Fiona did this to get rid of me. Am I really a burden? But I helped her, didn't I?

I just sat again and let the rain soaked me.

"Rojen?"

I heard someone said my name. Her voice is familiar.

"Rojen."

I looked at someone who said my name.

"Fiona."

"Rojen! I'm so sorry I forgot. I forgot that I left you here to give flyers to people. I'm too tired and exhausted that I forgot you here. I'm really sorry." she said while crying.

"Shh. It's okay. I know you're just tired on work. I understand that." I replied and wipe her tears. "Just calm down. Everything's fine." I said while smiling at her.

"I'm really sorry."

"Shh. It's okay, it's okay. The important thing is that you're here now. Well atleast you didn't get rid of me."

"What? Why would I do that?"

"Just thinking. I might be burden to you."

"No, you aren't. You helped me remember? You sacrificed you're bracelet to give me money for the rent and it helps me a lot."

"That's my mission, Fiona. To make you life better."

"And you did. So I have to thank you for that."

I smiled at her.

"Let's go home you. You have to change. You might catch a cold."

Fiona's POV

"Ahem! Ahem!"

*Sniff sniff*

"I'm really sorry, Rojen. Because of me, you catched a cold."

"I'm fine. It's just a cold."

"We don't know you might get a fever."

"I will never let that happen."

"Here, take this medicine and take a rest. You sleep on the bed. I'll sleep on the floor."

"No. You're back might get hurt if you sleep there."

"Don't worry about me, Rojen. Worry about yourself. And also, I'm used to sleeping on the floor before."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. Get more sleep so that you'll feel ok tomorrow."

"Goodnight, Fiona."

"Goodnight."

I waited for Rojen to sleep first before me. I have to make sure that he won't get a fever so while he's sleeping, I get a basin with a warm water in it and a clean towel.

I soaked the towel and the water and wipe his neck, face and hands. After that I let him sleep so deep and I didn't realize that my head was leaning on the edge of the bed and my eyea suddenly closed.

Morning came and I found myself sleeping at the bed. I stood up and looked at the whole room. It was clean and organized. Unlike the other time, my was like a dump site, full of trash.

"Good morning." Rojen greeted.

"Good morning." I replied.

"Did you sleep well? I heard you snore so loud." He said then chuckled.

"I was just tired. I didn't snore that much."

"By the way, come here. I bought food."

"What food?"

"Beef Ramen."

"Where did you buy it?"

"Downstairs."

We started eating and I told him that he need to give flyers again. But this time in the mall, near to my workplace so that I'll not forgot him once I'm done.

"Do you work near the mall?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Then why did we give flyers at the park?"

"Because in that hour, there's a lot of people, loitering at the park so I decided to give flyers there."

"Oh, okay. I get it. There's a lot of girls there yesterday, getting flyers from me and taking a picture of me. But I just let them. There's nothing wrong with it."

"Girls?" I asked. I don't know but I'm feeling something strange inside me when I heard what he said.

"Yes. Why? Is anything wrong?"

"No! No. Nothing's wrong." I replied.

"By the way, you need to wear wig and girly clothes so that we can get through the entrance door." I said, trying to changed the topic.

"Ok. got it."

We prepared ourselves for the another day and when we're finished, I told Rojen that I'll wait outside. But I didn't expect that I will someone in the front door.

"Hi, Fiona." Selene greeted.
