20 Chapter 19: History Of Stars
Rojen's POV
"Solitex was once a wishing stars but turns out to be a curse one." Astro said.
"But how did that happened? Why did that happened? Is that even possible?" I asked, confused and curious.
They kept silent and thinking what should they say to me. Well that's how they looked like.
"Ah... Solitex? H-he's one of the kindest and most powerful stars of Rigelliu Galaxy." Astro said.
"We all know that all galaxies has been divided into three departments. The Wishing Department, Receiving Department, and a Gaining Department. But unlike the other galaxies, only the Astroella and the Rigelliu galaxy contains the Elemental Department where the stars contains the power of Fire, Air, Rock and Water which it makes our galaxies more powerful compare to the other galaxies in the Universe." Mr. Pome said.
"And Solitex is one of the leaders of Elemental Department, Fire Major." Astro replied.
"Wow! That was powerful of him." I said.
"Yes! But even though he was one of the leaders, he's humble and kind. He didn't took advantage of his power to bring down other stars. Instead, he helps lifting them up and get their promotions to become more powerful wishing stars." Mr. Pome replied. "All wishing stars wanted to be like him before, but not now anymore." he continued.
"Why? What happened?" I asked.
"It happened a month before the blood moon came centuries ago. He has the same case as you. The only difference is that you know where you can get your bracelet. In his case he didn't know where it is. He lost it when he arrived here on earth to do something important. While travelling, the bracelet escaped his hands and nowhere to be found. That time, he only had one month to find it. He goes anywhere to find it. He was just an ordinary human that time so that when the blood moon came, he vanished." Mr. Pome said.
I got so nervous because that may be possible to happen to me because my bracelet is not in my hands.
"Why? What happened? Why did he vanished when the blood moon came? What's the thing with the blood moon?" I kept on asking.
"For humans, blood moon was just considered as an ordinary moon or a blessing, depends on their beliefs. But for us, stars, it was considered as curse. Curse stars lives here on earth and on that exact date and time, they go get those wishing stars that is powerless and bad people." Mr. Pome said.
"Why? Why are they doing that?"
"To gain more power." Mr. Pome replied.
"How come there are cursed stars? Where are they came from?" I kept on asking. I am really curious to know the history of stars before I got formed and given a life.
"Mr. Pome, I know your the oldest one here... I mean the oldest star between the three of us, do you have any Idea how cursed stars were formed or where they came from?" Astro asked too. Maybe he's been curious about it too.
"Well, what Mother Tala told me is that there are no cursed star before, only the wishing ones. But when the time came where one of the leaders of Astroella Galaxy, known as the most powerful galaxy in the entire universe, wanted to be the most powerful. He tried to get the Powerful Ruby that contains the balance of powers between stars. He thought that if he had it then he could be the most powerful stars of all. But then someone had known his plan and that begins a fight. That leader and his members got defeated and kicked out of Astroella galaxy." Mr. Pome told us.
"How come I didn't know that? I came from Astroella galaxy but no one even dared to tell me?" I asked.
"Maybe they've only done that to protect the new ones like you."
"But how come there are cursed stars when they were kicked out and became powerless?" Astro asked, curious.
"There are no cursed stars. But that doesn't mean that there are no bad stars that do not exist. After the war between the leaders and stars, there are rebel ones and they had their own bracelets. Their power comes from there that's why they are formed. As time goes along, the population of the cursed stars are kept on increasing and they are gaining their powers when the blood moon came. They are getting bad people and powerless wishing stars that is on earth to dedicate their blood on the moon in exchange of power." Mr. Pome said.
"Oh! That's too wicked!" Astro hissed. "They would kill a human or a star just for a power?!" he continued.
"It's on their nature, Astro. They're doing that because they wanted to gain too much power. They aren't contented." Mr. Pome replied.
"Where are they now, Mr. Pome?" I asked.
"They are everywhere, Rojen. They're living here on earth. They don't have enough power to make their own galaxy that's why they are patietly waiting for the next blood moon to gain more power and that'll happen on the next six months."
That got me nervous and scared.
"So as much as possible, try to find a way to get your bracelet back. It'll help you to fight them back and to protect yourself. Don't be like Solitex, he vanished not because they dedicate his blood to them." Mr. Pome stopped. "But because he is one of them now." he continued.
No! I wouldn't let them do that to me. I still have to finish my mission here which is to help Fiona.
"I think I really need to earn more money now. I need Fiona's help." I said.
"I think she can help you, Roj. But I am warning you not to tell her everything about this or she'll be in danger." Mr. Pome reminded me.
"Sure. I'll not tell her. I think it's enough that she knows I'm a wishing star. That's it." I replied.
"Don't worry, Roj. I'll help you gain money too. I won't let those cursed star get you and dedicate your blood in exchange of powers." Astro said.
"Aw! You're so sweet big brother." I said.
"Big brother who?" he asked while raising his left eyebrow.
"Just kidding." I said and laughed. I know it's kinda fake. I was doing it to hide my feelings. I'm afraid that it might be happen.
Mr. Pome drink a cup of water 'cause he told us a really long story about the history of the stars.
But there's still a question in my mind that keeps on pestering and wanted to be answered by someone.
"What are the other things cursed star doing here on earth?" I asked.
