Bianco Mansion.....
The stylists had arrived and Conner was looking for Ashlyn. The stylist group happen to Majeste the number one stylist group in the world. Conner came out of his study room and directed them inside Ashlyn's room but when he got there she was nowhere to be found. He told the stylists to get everything ready and he would go look for his wife.
"Wow, I am so jealous." One of the girls squealed seeing Conner exit the room in distress."Evelyn do you think I will ever find a man like this"She asked the girl in front of her named Evelyn.
Everyone in the group laughed."we can only wish for one"Evelyn replied. "Mmm there aren't many men like him...."Clara one of the other girl's added. They all nodded in response.
Conner slammed his hand on the table and snapped at all his guards."Are you stupid how can just one small woman escape without you noticing?"
They all lowered their head in fear." if you can't do your job you might as well quit!"One of the guards bravely stepped up and looked into Conner's eyes raging with anger."Sir when Ashlyn first came into this house you never accepted her so we thought you didn't care.....we decided to not pay attention to her."
BAM!
Conner went insanely mad."Who said you could call her so intimately?" he shouted. "Are you friends with her?" He asked.
"....."
"....."
"...."
"..."
Seriously that's all you heard? Damn I knew Ashlyn would make him fall for her but isn't this too quick? Thought Mike. He went forward and patted Conner's arm."Alright calm down I will make sure they find her."
Conner took a deep breath in and angrily slammed his bedroom door. He was no just angry at his bodyguards but at Ashlyn who had run away from him. He suspected she ran away because of what had happened last night and this morning. Mostly, he was angry at himself. Angry because he couldn't understand why she felt such a deep attraction towards her.
He felt weird. For some reason he seemed to not get her out of his head which was driving him crazy.
At that moment he realized she had cast a spell on him...

"What you did is working way to fast"Mike complained to the old man on the other side of the phone. All he got was a satisfied laugh."Her mother left me such great gifts. She left me a love potion and her daughter all I did was give my grandson and mix the ingredients."
Mike shook his head."You're too scheming" Again he got a satisfied laugh sending shivers down his spine. Not wanting to speak again Mike immediately hung up.
He sighed and told the guards to stop looking for Ashlyn. The old man had told him where she was but he wanted to see Conner's reaction. Mike groaned knowing Conner would be a pain in his ass until Ashlyn warmed up to him.
Ashlyn's mother side of the family happened to be involved in many magical things. It's only obvious that everyone is aware of how much influence the Diaz family has. Their ancestors come from a world in which magic was their source of living. Of course now in modern times this already faded away and not many are able to practice magic and cultivation. But many of the rich families have heirlooms and magic-related items. Her mother's family happened to have the greatest knowledge and items in that area. This is how the crystals came to be. Apart from that there were many more.
The love potion Ashlyn's mother created was very specially made. In her younger years when she had met her husband he was always cold and indifferent. He also had a very low EQ which made it hard for him to realize his feeling for her. So, she created a potion that affected the male-only.
It would help him discover his true feelings. It would help him come try to how he really feels. Of course for it to work their needs to be a base for it. The couple should love each other already.
A few years before her death she had discovered that Ashlyn had hidden feelings for Conner and since she was close to his grandfather she proposed marriage. Conner's grandfather gladly accepted the offer and Ashlyn's mom informed him about how they would help them get together using the love potion in case Conner remained indifferent to Ashlyn.
The old man did not hesitate to complete the plans after Ashlyn's mother died. With great sadness of loss in his heart he badly wanted to make sure Ashlyn's mom would not worry about Ashlyn's future from heaven.
"Conner, she's already at JADEkay hotel"Mike informed him." why? Does she not want to come with me...."Conner questioned himself quietly. Mike smirked."Ah who would? look how cold you are....."
"Really?"Conner asked frowning."Hah No but seriously her father called her over to help her sister get ready."Mike explained with a small smirk.
Conner's frown deepened.
