Respectable

The clock struck 11 PM when Haru walked out of the Operating Room at last. She walked into her room to find out that she hadn't put her phone on charging before leaving for the surgery. She sighed to herself, annoyed that her phone was dead. 

She grabbed her handbag and left her room, only to be greeted by someone familiar. 

"Oh?" Haru was surprised, "Seeing you at this hour? Were you waiting for me?" 

Youngjae shook his head, "I came to the ER." He explained himself. 

"Why?" Haru asked in concern. "Are you good?" She asked. 

"Now I am." Youngjae nodded. "I fell and put all my weight on my pinky so it got stuck." He explained. "They patched it up though." 

Haru clenched her teeth. "Crazy man." She said, "Be careful, kid. You have a girlfriend." She reminded him. 

Youngjae coughed at the assumption. Oh, how Haru thought that he was brave enough for this. Haru smiled sarcastically.
