"Yeom Tae?" Haneul called him out. 

He stopped and exhaled, turning to look at her with furrowed brows, as if angry. 

"Why would you do this?!" Yeom Tae asked in a stern tone, furrowing his brows even more. 

Haneul looked at him, both surprised and confused. Her eyes were widened to the point that she could feel them almost falling out. This was the first time she had seen her husband angry, and his entire demeanor was different. She couldn't answer him back like this. 

Yeom Tae sharply exhaled as he turned his gaze away from her in an instant. Haneul was lost and speechless and could only gulp loudly. Yeom Tae quickly turned back to her and stared right into her eyes. Slowly, his stern expression started to wear off. 

He walked two steps closer to her and reached for her hand. Gently grabbing her hand, he traced his thumb over her fingers before tightening his grip around her hand. He looked up and walked her away from the pavement.
