"Tatianna," I said.

She looked at me and replied, "Tatianna is our leader, she's as old as time itself, but she's extremely dangerous.

She cleared her throat and continued, "A human and succubus relationship is not forbidden but it is frowned upon, Tatianna recommends we don't get romantically involved with humans, but it happens."

"Why not?" I asked.

"Well it has to do with how succubus is created," She said, "We're created when we die an extremely traumatic way with a high hatred for men, but we can never remember how we die, we're reminded by our destined lovers."

"Meaning me," I said cutting her off.

"Right," She said, "when you told me you were having dreams about me I couldn't believe it so I tried staying away from you but I couldn't do it anymore, it became hard."

"So, Tatianna must have died a traumatic way and frowns upon human relationships," I said.

She blinked and looked at me before staring at the bed. "Tatianna's story is as old as time itself, she said sadly.

"Care to share?" I asked.

She cleared her throat and began, "Tatianna was born some time during the Roman Empire in Constantinople where she had a lover named Amulius Cincius. Her name wasn't originally Tatianna it was Aglea Undine, she changed it to Tatianna 300 years ago. Aglea was a world wind beauty, she was loved by all and had many men lined up at her villa to court her, but she denied them all. Amulius a humble man approached her Villa one day to court her.

She looked the young man up and down and agreed. They were engaged to be wed, but one-day Amulius betrayed Aglea. He sold her hand in marriage to a wealthy friend named Thecla.

Thecla invaded Aglea's villa and locked her away in a cellar till she agreed to have his hand in marriage but she refused. She felt betrayed by Amulius but still loved him deeply. One day out of guilt Amulius snuck into Thecla's Villa and into the dungeon to visit Aglea. He courted her once more and began to secretly visit her, but one night they were caught by Thecla.

Thecla murdered Amulius right in front of Aglea and raped her near his body before plunging his blade into her womb. Thecla left Aglea to die in the cell next to her dead suitor when a woman came running into the cell with a child. It was Amulius's wife and daughter.

They knelt over his body and sobbed as she cried she was pregnant once more. Aglea peered at the child with dying eyes and realized the child was about six years old. Feeling betrayed once more she sobbed as she died feeling hatred, sadness and betrayal, embedding in her heart she would get revenge on Thecla and Amulius in the afterlife.

A few days later when the guards retrieved her body to burn it on a pile of wood she rose with flaming purple eyes and drained the life out of them with a bluish mist. She stormed into Thecla's quarters while he was sleeping and drained the life from his body. From that day forward, she roamed the earth as a soulless succubus searching for the soul of Amulius."

I listened to her story not realizing I was crying.

She cuffed her hand on my cheek.

"How do you know Tatianna's story?" I asked.

"All the succubus know of Tatianna's tale, for it is the ultimate form of love, heartbreak and betrayal," she said with a tear in her eye.
