18 Chapter Eighteen

"Hey Alex, I'm done. I'll wait for you at the diner." She said as I picked up her call.

She had told me earlier that she would call me when she was done and I was trying to finish up what Sara sent to me this morning. I had to drop it by the office after bringing Suzy home. So I rushed my shower and bathed Kasey. She was hungry, she was sucking her thumb now and I needed her to be fed as soon as possible. I dressed her and combed her hair then I wore a jean trouser and short sleeves shirt that almost hugged my body. I drove all the way to the dinner and what I had on my mind all throughout my drive to the diner was Suzy. She occupied part of my brain and I barely knew her. I don't know what was happening to me but this feeling, was totally different from what I felt when I was with Julie.

Julie was sexy and quiet. But Suzy, she was very different. Always smiling, she was sexy and hot as hell even though she has given birth. She was not really short but I was taller than her though, she will be 5'5 I think or maybe 5'6. She had long beautiful blond hair and damn, she was not like the normal regular girls her in Newtown that were mostly slim. I walked up to the booth she sat smiling at her and she smiled back with Katie in her arms looking around as if she was fascinated by what she was seeing around her.

"I'm so sorry Lily, I was caught up with work so I was not ready yet when you called me." I said trying to explain why I was late while I sat down on the chair opposite of her.

"No problem Alex, I understand and I was not angry about it." She said smiling at me. How could someone smile so much, was her cheeks not hurting her?

"Did you at least eat something or can I get you anything here. And Kasey is hungry, I need to feed her." She said then she stood up waiting for me to tell her what I want to eat.

"Just give me French toast and coffee, it should do." I said as I smiled up at her then she nodded and left. Few minutes later one of the waitress at the diner followed her with what I ordered while she walked towards our booth with Katie in her arms, she was very beautiful and elegant. The way she walked alone was breathtaking. I just admired her as she came closer to the booth that we were at. When the waitress kept the food and left she asked me if I could hold a baby while eating. I laughed and nodded. Of course, Julie's death had taught me the art of multi tasking. She came around to where I sat and gave me Katie to carry then she took Kasey from me. Katie looked at me then at her mum who was smiling at her and touching her cheeks maybe trying to convince her that I would do her no harm. I don't know, maybe she understood her mum, but she looked up at me again, she stared at me for a long time before she put her head on my chest. My heart fluttered, her daughter accepted me. She went over to her own chair and turned it so it was facing the wall. I was eating and she brought out one of her boobs to feed Kasey. I almost choked. I couldn't see her boobs fully but damn, the little part I saw marveled me, I couldn't help but imagine how it was fully. If I wasn't careful, I would have a boner by just looking at this woman breastfeed my baby. I removed my eyes from her and tried to focus on my food and Katie who was in my arms looking at her mum. It would be awkward to have a hard on here and seriously speaking, I was uncomfortable.

"I hope you don't mind me feeding her in front of you." She said smiling at me. I think I was red in the face now. She was amused by the reaction I was having. I was behaving as if I was a virgin. Fuck! She was a tease. She definitely knows what she's doing. Coupled with the fact that I have not had sex since Julie entered her third month. I was obviously starved.

"Sure, I… I don't mind at all." I stammered then I smiled at her and looked away flushed. For a second, I wished I was Kasey. Could you blame me? It's not my fault that she was very attractive and hot as hell. How long did it take to feed a baby, it seemed like Kasey didn't even want to stop feeding. I could tell that she was enjoying herself because of the way she raised her legs, put her tiny palms on Suzy's boobs. She must have been very hungry. She was quiet just like her mum. Normal babies would cry when they were hungry or uncomfortable but not for Kasey and Katie looks like one of these babies who disturbed a lot. She looked like her mum so much and I wondered who her dad was. He was definitely missing out.
