Valentine Regens
"Thankyou for taking me , that view is amazing" I smiled to Harry
"No prob.. glad that you like it though"
"So Goodnight? See you tomorrow?" I asked and he nodded
"Night, Val" He waved and walked away to his tent , I walked back to mine
"Valentine" I turned to see Joey walked to me
"What?"
"Let's go for a walk" He said and I looked at him disbelief
"I just got here from walking with Harry and you-"
"You're my maid remember? You have to do everything I ask you to" He said seriously and I sighed
"Let's go" He took my wrist and we walked to another small path. I sighed.. We're literally going somewhere when everybody is asleep. I want to sleep too..
"Joey I'm tired" I yawned but he ignore me.. how rude
"Watch your step" He pointed and I took a big step to pass the muddy pile
"Can you not walk too fast? I can't keep up with your pace" I said and he stopped , gesturing to me to go first. I'm glad to lead him than he's leading me.
Climbing up a medium size rock and passing it through it easily and I turned my body to wait for Joey. He's no gentleman.. how can Harry treat girls right and this ugly duck doesn't? No wonder the girl that he likes doesn't like him..
After he landed down , I continued walking again..
"Help me out" I said as there's a really high step up , he put his hands on my waist and pushing me up
"Nice ass" I turned and glared at him
"Now pull me up woman" How can this guy be so annoying? I pulled him up and I lose my balance because he's heavier than me. Joey pulled me into his arms and now we're hugging like a couple..
"I save your face" He said and I looked up to him
"Thanks for saving my face because I need it to impress boys" I said sarcastically
"I regret not destroying it" I smacked his chest and glared at him hard
"Why are you so annoying?"
"I'm always annoying Valentine.. now chop chop , we're almost there" He patted my back and I walked first again.. after a few minutes , we arrived at the place and damn.. it's 3 times more beautiful than Harry's place. The lights are more clear from here
"So beautiful"
"It is" Joey said and he sits down on a big rock , I followed him and sit beside him
"Harry's better or mine?" He asked and I turned to him
"Yours.. I hate to admit that" I said and he chuckled
"I like doing this kind of thing.. hiking and seeing beautiful views in the end" I smiled and looked up to the sky to see the moon shining brightly
"So you have gone to so many places like this?" I asked
"Yeah.. with my brother but not anymore. He's busy with work" I turned to him and just liking how the moonlight makes his face illuminates beautifully
"I like to go for something that I know it will be worth it in the end" That's interesting
"Such as?" I asked
"Secret" He turned to me and I hissed
"How about you?" He asked and I started to think
"I like to enjoy what I have now , we don't know about the future so I pick to enjoy about it now and make a beautiful memories so that I can flashback when I get to the future" I said looking at the moon , it's so beautiful
"What college are you applying to?" He asked
"Stanford , you?"
"New York University , business" He answered
"Taking over your dad's?" I asked and he nodded
"I want to not because I have to"
"Wow we just have a decent conversation," I said and chuckled. Looking at the beautiful lights even though it's cold
"What about you?"
"Pediatrician"
"I never thought you want to be a doctor" I turned to him and he's already looking at me
"Me too but I really want that" I said , suddenly he patted my head
"Nice dream for a girl like you" He smiled
"What do you mean a girl like me?" I pushed his hand away form my head
"I thought you're going to be a model or maybe an actress"
"Why did you think that I'll be a model or an actress?"
"Valentine.. you might be my enemy but we all admit that you're a one beautiful girl" My heart flipped crazily inside.. I tighten my jacket because I'm afraid that Joey will hear my heartbeat.. I know that's stupid
"Well I'm going to be a beautiful doctor then"
"Yeah kids will go hit on you.. not just kids.. maybe their dads will too" I smacked his arm
"You're so mean"
"I'm telling the truth.. you're so savage!" He rubs the place where I smacked him earlier
"Besides before I get to graduate from being a pediatrician , I want to get married" I smiled because that's always my dream to get married early
"That guy will be so unlucky" He commented and I turned to him
"The girl who will be with you is the unlucky one!" I pointed and he laughed
"I'm joking geez , don't be mad"
"What will it be like to see our friends in 10 years time?" I asked and he looked at me
"Working and working and working.."
"Marriage? Success? Already have a family?"
"Maybe.." He answered and I looked at him. It's weird that I caught his brown eyes as soon as I turned to him. We both looking at each other under the moonlight and we both didn't say anything too
There's a magnet pulling us both and I don't know what it is. He leaned on me and I just stay there.. not avoiding or trying to smack him
"Sorry Val but I can't hold it any longer" He crashed his lips to mine , my eyes widened but I kissed him back slowly. He put his hand on my waist pulling me closer to him. He cupped my face and kissed me slowly..
I found myself drowning into him.. I can't believe this. I just kiss my own enemy and I never want it to stop
