My Future Hell

Azalea's mind is in panic. She became frozen stiff when she saw Jack in front of her. 'What is he doing here?' she ask herself. She tried to calm herself and assess the situation but she feels like his eyes are looking deep into her soul. Both of them are just keep staring at each other and no one made a move nor speak as if time just stood still and no one wants to break the silence.

A cardigan flew over Azalea's head and it covered her. Then a young man grab her. "Shows over guys, we just stopped by to collect the prize." Cori is being protective by hiding and hugging her.

Cori stands at five feet and ten inches he is taller than her so he can grab her whole. Azalea didn't move a muscle under Cori's protective arms he hid her in her own cardigan.

Jack's forehead wrinkled and pulled Trey's arms. "Who is she and who's the guy?".

Trey's eyebrows began to knit. "Are you interested in her?".

"Do you really have to answer me with a question?".He is being cold.

Trey press his lips and sigh." The guy is her manager and the cute little girl he always call her BOSS."

"Don't they have names?".

"If they do, don't you think I will stand here in front of her like a school boy?" he wants Jack to know that he's interested in her too.

Jack lips curved upward. "So you like her too, but can't find out who she is?".

"Of course I tried like those dozens of men did, but no luck."

Jack was dumbfounded and he look around. 'All this men wants her?'.

"Yes my handsome cousin, almost every men here is wooing her." he grin mockingly.

"And yet no one win." He look at him with a devilish smile.

Trey just shook his head, his cousin is also interested in her. 'But what about his wife and Sue?'. He is wondering how he will going to explain his situation to his current girlfriend that he is already married now. And yet he still have the guts to be interested in his little angel.

'Damn' he thought. 'I haven't been in the first base yet and he is already trying to strike me out.' he grin while shaking his head.

Azalea and Cori drove back to RE-DO. She's way deep in her thoughts while driving. She's wondering how or why Jack Shin is in the zone. 'Did he recognize her?'. But then she push away that thought, he did not. But she is puzzled by the way he looked at her. 'And what's with that look anyway, he is so strange.'

The car suddenly stop in their building entrance and Azalea unbuckled her seat belt. When she turned to Cori she was stunned, his skin was so pale and he looks like in discomfort.

"Cori what's wrong aren't you feeling well?" her voice is in a bit of a panic. "Are you sick?".

Cori quickly took his seat belt off and jump out of the car and run five feet away from her. Azalea who have no idea what's happening to her subordinate jumps out of the car too and run towards him but before she could reach him, all hell break loose.

"Gwaarrrkkkk..." he vomited.

Azalea stop for a while then slowly walk towards him. "Did you eat something bad, do you want to see a doctor?" she patted his back to ease him a little.

"No it's OK, I'll be fine." he refuse her offer.

"Are you sure."

"Yes I am."

"OK."

"But next time I'll be the one driving home." he said this seriously while wiping his mouth.

Azalea was puzzled and her brows arc. "Why?"

"Because you almost killed me."

She was in total shock. "How?"

"By driving five hundred miles per hour!". And his brows knitted while crossing his arms in his chest.

"But I was in a normal speed." she said innocently.

"You were such in a daze and you didn't even notice we're actually flying on the road." He sounded like his scolding his little sister.

"I'm sorry." she apologized sincerely. "I won't do it again I promise." then smiled sweetly.

Cori is shaking his head while smiling. Sometimes he wondered who's older between them. Everytime she makes a mistake she apologized sincerely she never argue back when she knows she's on the wrong. In his eyes she's a little fragile and delicate girl who were misunderstood by her own family except he brother. Although she is his boss in his job she was never an air head and always listened to people around her. They were so lucky to have her in their neighborhood.

The small building that she owned stands in the rural urban of the city. There are small businesses in the area but not all stable and a lot of poor people living in almost damage old houses. When Cori found out that he's boss is going to build her business in this area where he also lived he was in deep shock. He knows about the car business she wants to build and it sound like it was a high end shop but to put it in this place who would dare to come here.

As she starting her car shop she also started to help the neighborhood. Assessing the needs of the people around them and the help they can give that will also benefiting for the both party. She started livelihood programs along with the local government of their district and personally launch seminars for all the jobless family who's in need. Her project became viral and a lot of exporting business contacted her. She send Cori to school so he can learn more specially about trading and made him her right hand man and the rest was history.

The people in this neighborhood was so grateful to her that everyone protected her and her establishment. People who asked around about her and Cori but unknown to the people in this neighborhood were lead far away from them and then notify them about the current situation. That's why most investigators can't find any lead to them.

Azalea was taught about this by her grandfather when she was young. His grandfather told her even people in the lowest status can show a great gratitude if you show them kindness. This is why she showed them her great kindness. It's like building her own alliance with this people.

"OK, if you say so." without arguement.

"By the way, why are you so out of focus, that's very dangerous." he's wondering what made his boss in daze while driving.

"I thought I saw my future hell." and she wink at him then suddenly turn around and run back to the gate.
