1 I transmigrated to a cultivation world

"What the fuck? Where the hell am I?"

John looked around him and basically all the could see was grass, dirt, and trees. As far as he could tell, there was nothing else around.

'Fuck. Is this a transmigration? I've always thought it'd be pretty cool to go to a different world, but it's really something else when it happens.'

[DING]

[SYSTEM LOADING] [0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03%….]

"Damn, I guess I'm pretty lucky, I wonder what kind of system I'll have."

'Given how slow its loading though, I'll probably die of starvation before I can use it. With this speed it'll probably take a few days to finish.'

Since John thought the system would take too long to load, he thought it'd be better to find a place with people so he could have an easier time waiting. After looking around for a few minutes and finding a relatively straight stick and a flat piece of ground, John followed what he had once read on a website about how to find your way out of a forest if you can't tell your direction.(1)

After spending a couple of minutes remembering exactly what the website said and actually trying to apply it, John started walking what he assumed to be north. It was actually quite easy because going north happened to be downhill too. (2)

Walking for god knows how long, John was pretty tired and a little bit hungry, the only thing around though was grass and mushrooms, and although John read about finding directions in a forest, he didn't know a damn thing about edible food he could find.

"Fuck, how much longer till I can actually find a place with people? There's no way I was dropped in the middle of a huge ass forest right? Or maybe I'm just that unlucky and walked the opposite direction of civilisation? Fuck, it's probably that."

It was already starting to get dark, and John was still in the forest, thankfully though, he found an apple tree so he wouldn't starve to death at the least.

"I guess my lucks not all that bad after all, at least there's food. I didn't know apple trees grew in forests though, I'd always assumed they'd just be found surrounded by a few other trees, nothing like this. Given how dark it is, it's probably better to stop walking for now, else if I trip because I can't see clearly, I'd be fucked."

John had no idea how to start a fire without a lighter, but he did know how to climb trees. Only God would know if there were any snakes around here though, so even being in a tree he might not be safe.

After climbing the apple tree and getting situated in the branches and behind the leaves, John tried to find what he hoped would be a relatively safe and comfortable position. Hopefully the only thing wrong he'd wake up to would be a few sore muscles.
