"I've alre- Oh I haven't," she shut her mouth as she glanced at the unbuckled belt. Astrel accelerated the car soon after she buckled the seat belt. The car moved smoothly. Vilian gazed out through the windshield, lost in her thoughts. The once reddened cheeks turned back to their natural color and the bump was a bit fine. It might take a day or so for it to disappear, and she didn't mind.
"What was it that you want to tell me?" came the question finally snapping her out of her trance.
"Give me a sec," she said gesturing with her hand and taking out her phone. Astrel calmly waited for her to do whatever she was doing though he was running out of patience. He saw her gazing at her phone seriously from the corner of his eyes handling the steering with his right hand while his left hand was resting relaxing on the car door. He saw her little fingers tapping and scrolling so fast but came to hold after a while.
"Got ya!!" she exclaimed, a big smile tugging her lips and catching his complete attention, "Listen to it," she said and increased the volume while the record kept playing on her phone. For the next three minutes, the car was silent, except for their breathing and the car's smooth engine sound.
"Send me the audio"
"And?"
"How did you get it?"
"I was out for a dinner"
"Mia?"
"Fenans," She replied straightforwardly.
"Why the plural?" he questioned, focusing on the road, gazing at her from the corner of his eye.
"Cause I had the dinner out with Fenan family?" she frowned at the question.
"Oh, you mean the b*st*rd family?" he questioned with an invisible irksome. Vilian was almost about to chuckle but ended up grinning. A smirk broadened his lips.
"So you met her at the entice?" The question reddened her cheeks. Met? At the entice? He was questioning it as if they had a meeting at the entice. It sounded kinda weird. She just hummed in response.
"How did she look like?" Though he recognized the person through the voice. he had the thought of confirming it once more. It would be better to confirm it before concluding it one last time.
"She had straight black shoulder length. Uh... her eyes were black too... pretty much taller than me-"
"Of course, anyone would be taller than a minion like you," he teased. Vilian glared at him with a pout. He chuckled in amusement looking at her, "Don't glare just because I emphasized you 'minion' my dear fierce kitty," he said, not hiding his chuckle as he tapped her chees lightly.
"Who says I'm a minion? Minions aren't 5'feet," she muttered under her breath with a puff on her cheeks. It didn't go unheard by him. Oblivious of himself, his constant smirks were being replaced with little grins and genuine smiles often these days. Little did he notice the changes she was bringing into his hollowed life.
"What else did you notice?"
"..."
Silence. He glanced at her. She wasn't responding to his question. It tried questioning her once but it was of no use. Astrel felt annoyed. "What made you record this?"
"..."
A low grunt escaped his lips. The silence irked him to the level he stepped on the accelerator, not letting go of the pressure he had over it as he changed the gear. Vilian started to panic, glancing over the windshield. The view caused her head to go dizzy. Her grip on her dress and the seat tightened along with her chest. Her knuckles turned pale white.
"S...stop..." she whispered in a low voice as she kept her eyes fluttering, trying not to lose consciousness. The blurry background due to the speed worsened her state, and the feeling of nausea built up in her. Bile rose to her throat, giving her a disgusting taste in her mouth. Vilian rubbed her throat down to her chest and up to her throat continuously, trying to get rid of the nauseous feeling, gulping down the salty saliva that was producing under her tongue.
Astrel was extremely confused. He was losing control over his focus on the road as he glanced at her. Pale features, unsteady heartbeats, and her head was resting on her knees. He stepped onto the brake stopping the car abruptly gazing at her disturbed state.
For some reason he felt agitated at the sight, "V-vilian," he called out her name stuttering a bit. A deep frown etch on his forehead as he touched her slightly.
"Ahh!!! Get me out!!!" She screamed, breathing out louder. Astrel reacted too quickly stepping out of the car walking to her side and opening the door of the shotgun seat in hast. Leaning forward, he unbuckled her seat belt, helping her out of the car. She clutched his hands and tried to stand on her feet but she felt dizzy. Her legs wobbled numb losing her balance.
Astrel encircled his hands around her waist and held her hand, supporting her. Lifting her would not help her ease her breath, thought Astrel as he shifted all her weight on him and walked them toward the pavement. He instructed her to breathe in slowly.
Vilian did it to the content that she felt like she was enough of it, but the devil beside her turned out to be a doctor all of a sudden. He insisted on her a little more. She tiredly slumped over the car, giving up, clutching her chest tightly. Stupid she... Didn't realize what she was doing. Astrel widened his eyes and shook his head off. He felt his throat go dry at the sight. Just what was she doing?
Astrel cursed her internally as he got into the car, trying to get rid of his thoughts.
"Get in!" She heard Astrel's cold voice startling her.
She frowned and got into the car, 'What's up with him suddenly?' Vilian thought and glanced at his face skeptically. "Have you got mood swings?" she questioned tilting her head like a bird. Astrel's head snapped in her direction slowly with an eyebrow raised at her. The cold look he gave made a chill run down her spine. She raised her hands, a surrendering gesture.
Suddenly, Vilian smacked Astrel's shoulder catching him off guard as she remembered something. She saw him give a 'What the hell!' look which she didn't mind.
"What?!" he questioned annoyingly as he glared at her hand that dared to smack his shoulder. His eyes glowed.
"Calm down... I just remembered there was a tiny mole on her pinky finger," she said excitedly, like the student who had finally got the chance to answer the question right.
Astrel got stuck up with the cute reaction she gave as she showed exactly where the mole was right in front of his eyes. Her fragrance wafted in through his nose. A frown formed.
"You smell different..."
"Huh?" Astrel didn't mean to say it, but by the look of her puzzled expression, he knew he had said it out loud.
"Nothing," he tried to brush it off but regretted it the very next moment she leaned forward. Vilian was in no state of letting it.
"Tell me right now!" she demanded, squinting her eyes right into his blue ones. Right at that moment, Vilian positioned her hands in an attempt to not waver under his cold eyes but felt her hands lose grip, and the next second, her lips came in contact with a soft and warm surface falling on top of Astrel who had caught her by her waist, unintentionally raising her t-shirt, and his hand came in contact with her soft and supple skin.
Vilian being slow, took her time to notice the compromising position she was in with him.
She glanced at Astrel, her eyes wide while his eyes languidly gazed at her as she had her lips pressed right beside his lips which looked nothing but soft. With the simple touch of his skin, she lost the ability to think of anything and everything.
As the realization dawn her, she gasped in surprise and tried to get off of him, but there was no way she could get away from him without touching him. She struggled and wiggled to get away, but fell right into his arms, hitting her hips harshly next to the gear if not for his hands which held her before.
"I didn't know you craved to kiss me..." she heard him whisper into her ear and felt a sense of ignition all over her body just by his husky voice and his lips which came in contact with her reddened ear.
Vilian skittishly held his thigh and lifted her body away from him, settling on the shotgun seat silently. Astrel grunted lowly, feeling her whole body over his and her little hands squeezing his thigh, turning him on. He hated, her obliviously affecting him.
She sat frozen, biting her lips nervously as she rubbed her thumbnail. The continuous thoughts of the kiss were eating her brain, and the silence in the car was doing nothing but worsening it. Blood rushed both up and down her body at the thought of it. Her face flushed beyond red.
'Just what did I do!!'
'I didn't mean to kiss him!'
'Uff not a devil-like him!'
