"Was it a wise choice to challenge the Yakuza?" A man dressed in a white suit and shades questioned but he didn't sound worried.

"The Yakuza have a problem that Akujin isn't aware of, Li." A bald man covered in tattoos from head to toe, unlike the other man, was dressed a lot more casually as he had on a black singlet and baggy loose trousers with a cigarette between his lips.

He was a man of muscular build but this only aided his intimidating appearance.

"You have started a war, Wang… There is no way that madman would stay put. What would your father say if he heard about this?" Li questioned.

Li looked like something straight out of a movie, he was a beautiful man with feminine traits.

"It doesn't matter what my father thinks, he left me in charge of the triads operation in Japan," Wang responded.

The death of the Yakuza member was planned without a doubt but there was no way that they did this on a whim, there had to be an end goal for such a reckless move.

"You cannot get close to Akujin…" Li reminded him, Akujin was one of the most well-protected men in the country.

A man that even killers and criminals didn't dare cross, the fact that this applied to everyone in the underworld showed just how powerful his influence was.

The triad had begun to make inroads into Japan, absorbing other smaller gangs to grow not only in size but power.

Wang was a capable leader in his right and had grown the Triad into a decent gang but there was something that made them stand out.

That was the use of violence, they were extremely violent and this was what made them fearful.

"I do not need to get close to him, Akujin isn't as protected as he believes," Wang reassured his second in command.

"I'm going to take Japan," Wang continued, this might seem like a far-fetched dream but he was aware that it was within their reach.

Li knew he couldn't convince Wang, Wang was as stubborn as they came.

There was no way in hell that he could dissuade him from doing what he had his mind made up but he knew this sudden act of violence against the Yakuza had an external factor.

After all, they had a mole in the very gang that they were now attacking, this was how they were able to find this lone Yakuza member to slaughter.

Li was impressed by how resourceful Wang was, the patience he had shown over the years was admirable because he has been sneaking in weapons without the knowledge of anyone.

Slowly, he was not only expanding the Triad but giving them a fighting chance because the Yakuza weren't exactly known for their brandishing of their guns.

Sure, a few top brass members were the exception to this rule but not a random member that held no rank, a sword was enough for them and the fact that they were associated with the Yakuza.

Akujin knew if he allowed this to go unpunished, it would undermine the Yakuza's strength and others might follow suit. This was one thing he couldn't afford.

He had to give a stern response and this was what Wang was hoping for but unbeknown to the Triad, Kenzo was the man that was tasked with handling this problem and preventing a potential gang war.

Rean had spoken to her father but she didn't care much about the happenings of the underworld as long as her needs were met.

She was the definition of a spoiled brat with the world at her fingertips, she could get anything she wanted and she oftentimes abused her power.

This didn't mean she was a dull child, quite the opposite as she had managed to finish school at an early age due to her above-average intellect.

But some could argue that it was due to the power her father wielded that no teacher dared to fail her because Rean wasn't afraid to abuse it.

Even though her father tried his best to have her experience a normal life to a certain degree, Rean was prone to threatening her teachers and even slacking off in class.

The teachers simply acted like she wasn't there so it was debatable if she earned her grades or if it was given to her.

Unlike her older siblings who chose to study overseas and keep their identity under wraps because they knew it would be far more beneficial.

Rean didn't care about any of that, she looked down on everyone around her and felt entitled to not only gratitude from people who owed her none but to also kiss her feet.

This was why her father worried about her but only a few knew who she was.

The boss wasn't a man who kept his identity for all to see and they only knew that she was the daughter of an important figure in the underworld.

This was vague and as such, people avoided her because her father must be a very powerful man if she could act as arrogant as she did.

Rean kept her mouth shut too because it was exciting, the thought that no one could guess who her father was was the one thing she used to her advantage.

Rean took a walk to a nearby shop to get some snacks but she could feel people staring at her.

This could partly be because of the clothes she had on, she had on a black mini skirt that barely covered her ass cheeks with white high socks that covered up her luscious thighs.

She had her buttons undone a couple of paces down, showing off some cleavage.

She liked the attention but she also felt insulted that peasants would have the audacity to look at her.

She turned her head and everyone looked away, averting their gaze to the ground.

She grabbed a snack from the counter before stopping at the counter.

"You… You will pay for this," Rean said sternly, pointing at a random man standing in line before walking out of the store.

The man couldn't bring himself to refuse her and had no choice but to pay even though this was the first time he had seen her but he had heard rumours of what happened to people that refused to do as she said. However, this also drew unwanted attention.
