1 Working Hour

Early morning Wieyeng is very busy doing some paper works. She is the head of the section were she was the in-charged when she was a sales lady. But now that she have a lots of duties and responsibilities, she isn't able to put enough make-up on her face. That's why sometimes she looks like she had children, stress, and no care for her selves but even though others told her about that she was able to smile, sigh and said to her self " One day I'll prove it to all of you that the person you bullied is someone you shouldn't have to". She doesn't like talking that much when it comes to physical appearance, for her as long as you don't know the story of a person you shouldn't judge first, but she work that much for her own future. For her, she's the only one who knows and can make her dreams come true so she had to work hard. No matter what other people say, discouraged her, she just listened to them and won't let them know she's hurt... But others can't aware to praise her confidence of wearing high heeled shoes like a little model. She's neat in her grooming and have a good body posture. That's why some of her co-workers admire her confidence. She is not that tall but when she stand with heels it figured her like a true model we've seen on pageants. And it helps her body figure become more good looking.

During the season of her section has come she had to double time her actions.

She left something in the warehouse so she had to hurry and go directly at the exit door, but before reaching the place she had to pass besides the two boys working also in the same department she worked in. While walking, one of the man said " Wow! we have a model let's give some way" and the other one just stared at her with a meaningful smile then said " Wow! let my lady pass". Wieyeng stared back at the guy and said "I'm sorry guys but I have to disturb you for a while". While she walked in, the second guy step forward to get closer to her and then suddenly kissed her check! She was about to slap and called him a pervert; but she can't control her feelings, because she suddenly felt like her face reddened and that there was a goosebumps. All she could do is to stare back at the guy in a second and go with a feelings of something she couldn't understand. "Hhhhhuhh.l! While walking; what the f*ck! why do I feel this way? It wasn't my first kiss but..ughhh" "Hey what's wrong?" one of the warehouse incharge asked. "Ahh..yes! I-i mean I left something in here, why are you asking?" Wieyeng asked back. " There's really something on you. You're face reddened and you look uncomfortable. You're temperature isn't good as I see" the TSI incharged answered. " I came in the office and it's very cold there it's natural to feel this way of course! What I mean is the temperature here and in the office is different". Weiyeng said defensively.

A minutes after she had to go back in the office, but how could she pass the exit if the man who kissed her earlier is still there watching her as she walk? All she could do now is to keep calm, breath and pretend like nothing happens.

The time is good for her because as she look at the area where the two man is there it was empty. She took a deep breath and then go back to the office. But how could she fucos doing some paper work after that stolen kiss?

The days after, Wieyeng seems to forget everything that happened.

But isn't her luck because while going down on stairs from other floor, she and the man who kissed her had meet again. As she was about to go back on her way she felt something that's holding her hand. Again that feeling that she can't understand is here again. The spark inside her body after the man kissed her. And suddenly a cold voice in her air "Good morning! you look fresh" the man said with sa smile like the first time they see each other. "Oh thank you, you too", Wieyeng replied pretending like facing normal people. "Do you mind if I ask your name? I actually see your ID but I think it's better if it comes into your mouth. I am Jay." looks like this man is hunting on Weiyeng's attention. As she was about to speak...Jay suddenly talk "I mean I felt sorry about what I've done I...

You..you better get out of my sight or else I'm gonna slap you! that's what Wieyeng supposed to say. But none of those words comes out in her mouth. As her face started to reddened again.

She didn't expect this man to be frank unlike others.

After staring him a minutes she had nothing to else to but to say with a sigh "Ahm..I--I'm Wieyeng. I just want to tell you that you shouldn't do a thing which you couldn't stand on it." she replied it frankly too.

oh really! did she just give this man a sign of something. After speaking Wieyeng leave and didn't look back.

Hey! what was that all about? Jay's friend ask. "It's nothing I just found out something interesting thing". Jay answered. "Does this mean that my best friend will have a girlfriend soon? Oh Let me tell you, when you got into a relationship you should think that it's not for fun. There are times you feel like giving up. But there are times also that you can feel how important love is. That's why if I were you, hurry and don't let others got it before you. Remember, I work here over a years and there's a hear says that she is a kind hearted girl.

Jay's friends words make him realize what he really mean it. But the question is how sure is he with his feelings to the girl she kissed up.

During lunch break...

Wieyeng's friends ask... You seem a little quiet this time, does our boss was mad again?

she cut her words when she found Jay on the next table beside them sitting looking at her seriously.

Oh does it has to do with that man? Her friend found out where her eyes and asked.

A moment later...

Jay started to pack-up his things to get ready back to work. While putting his bag in the locker he look back again at Weiyeng looks like he is saying something in his eyes.

As Weiyeng followed his eyes she felt something inside her body like burning. And that feelings make her uncomfortable to do something. Even after a while she couldn't focus on her work. To relax her mind she went into a rest room. But how could Weiyeng remain calm when before reaching the rest room, she needs to pass near on Jay's area?

While walking Weiyeng look back and smile.

In the rest room, she look at her face in the mirror and sigh. I shouldn't let this feeling win. Look! you only know him newly so focus on yourself okay???? "

After a minutes...as she's done using the restroom. She look around like finding someone. The man isn't around so she keep going.

Months passed until it comes into the point that there is a virus called "covid19" come from the country of China. Where a lot of people died and got infected. People must wear a mask and face shield to protect their health. This virus is known us the very dangerous disease which is easily to transfer from one another in just a minutes. And that time they called it 'pandemic'. People without important thing to do outside the house must stay at home. And also this virus caused a big problem to all. And this affect Weiyeng's job. But in other way this virus also give advantage to her, like when she and Jay will see each other, they will just stare to each other eyes to eyes only. The face mask helped her a lot to protect showing her face or any reaction when they see each other with Jay.

One month later

Another season has come. And Weiyeng is about to work straight at the other building of the company where she work in. She's a little bit sad because she will miss all her friends and co-workers at the main building. But in other way she is also happy because she can now focus on her work. In short, she won't see that pervert face. But how can her heart forget when it the reason that her heart beat fastly?

Is she able to handle her new task? or is she able to work with the new faces around? How about her secret feeling of that man?

In the other building!

Weiyeng is been busy with her task from morning to afternoon and sometimes she lately eat her lunch break. But that's okay for her she enjoyed working together with the new faces around. Although she need to adjust from others but for her as a jolly person isn't difficult to make friends.

Weeks had past and her job in the other building is going to be done soon. When Weiyeng is very busy doing some paper work, her mind can't also skip of asking how was than man doing right now? Is he even thinking about her?

Just after their break and their Boss has come to visit them. "Weiyeng when will you finish here? You have to go back at the main building as soon as possible to see your sections needs." the Boss asked. "Uhmn I have to settle all things here ma'am before going back there. I need to make it sure that there's no back job that will going to happen, after all I've been here for almost two months. I promise to hurry things as you said ma'am." she answered. "Exactly! You should know how and what is your people are doing right now". the Boss added.

After talking with the Boss Weiyeng sighed, after all her hardwork in that building she forgot that she is also a head. That there were people who's waiting for her. Sometimes no matter how we tried to do our part, even if we struggled on doing it we shouldn't forget that there are people who will listen but do not understand. Weiyeng didn't talk that much with their Boss. She is known as the person who is less with words but lots of action. She is the type of person who enjoyed her job specially when she heard of some gossip about her. Either bad or good. For her, if you don't like her then she doesn't like you too. If you're notot satisfied with all here actions, then go find another one. As a strong woman she doesn't hold grudges for those nonsense gossip. She just go with the flow and know when to peak.

One thing why people liked her so much is that even though she is a trash talker sometimes, she isn't a liar. She will speak direct to the point. She doesn't mind what others are thinking about her. For her she came to do her duty not mind those nonsense people around. And everybody knows she is smart and not showy. What you see is what you know, but don't judge her and never make any move to make her mad. Because she knows well how to turn the table after all. Be careful when giving a words to her because she may not respond to it, one day you'll realize eating your own words.

After a very long day she prepared her self as she goes home to the room she is renting. Tired and exhausted but still fighting for her future. She was about to message her friends on messenger and tell them she's going back at the main building, but suddenly realized to surprised them. Sometimes you shouldn't tell anyone what you're up to. Because there are some people that is not happy for you but acting they really like you the way who you are and what you have and that so called jealousy. Life is full of surprised.

While lying on her bed trying to sleep though she isn't sleepy yet but suddenly came up into her mind. Ughh that pervert man! why can't this person skip entering in my head? As an observant person Weiyeng just go with the flow. But doesn't mean to take it seriously, for her he's just someone who is trying to get others attention. But thinking he kissed her it makes her blushed andakes her temperature increased like having a fever. What do this man done to her to make her feel that way. To be honest Jay had a high level of sex appeal and handsome. But how could she trust someone who is just new to her eyes. Weiyeng works in a years but she doesn't seem him as she started to work. Why this man suddenly appear? Is it mean that he will also disappear faster as he appeared? This man really gives her a headache. How could she let it pass when she heared of his husky voice. And honestly she missed a little thing about him and that is being showy. That's why she have to be careful when they met again. And that's gonna be tomorrow!

"Dumb! I overthinked again. C'mon sleep little girl. You still have many things to be done tomorrow". She said that to her self while covering her face with her blanket as she closed her eyes and then fell asleep.

"How's my lady? I haven't seen you a weeks ago". A husky voice whispered Weiyeng's ear as they fall in line for their attendance. She didn't look at her back but hearing that cold voice makes her blushed and gives her goosebumps inside her body. She then realized who is that guy behind her. So that her friends couldn't see her face like tomatoes, she maintain her face looking at the floor pretending nothing is happening.

When everything is settled she tried to look at the person behind her as her heart beating faster. "Ughh-hh-hi good morning! what's up?. She said as she turn her back to the man behind her. "Yes baby! its such a good morning! the man replied with a playful eyes looking at her face down to her lips as he bite his own lips with a smile and smirk. Weiyeng got speechless and started to reddened her face again with goosebumps all over her body like something electric thing is inside her. All she think now is how she could get away with him as they were surrounded with friends and other employees. "There's no skipping this time baby! Much better if we'll go together in the comfort room. It looks like you're not comfortable here. C'mon baby let's go". Jay grab her hand and Weiyeng is like a puppy tied with his owner and nothing to do except to followed her boss. But the more he hold her hand the more she got that electric thing inside her body. Until they reach the comfort room's door. "DAMN' hands off! I mean let go of my hand how dare you to hold me like that! They may think we're up to something". she murmured as an escape the scene. But the man is taller than her. He then let go of her hand but put his hands on the door to corner her body. Staring at her seriously with a meaningful moves. He was about to kissed her lips but as she try to move her hand she got the door know and then she opened it and then locked her self inside. While the man outside is laughing loudly and said " Oh baby today isn't the right time. I'm sorry I just missed you. I'll see you around". then he left her. As for Weiyeng, as she locked her self in the comfort room. She sat down rubbing her face as she closed her eyes murmuring out of nowhere. Enhale! Exhale! enhale! exhale! whooaahh! what a dream! she said and open her eyes. Her body is full of sweat right now and couldn't imagine her self being together with that pervert man who kissed her in a minutes. But happily it was just a dream.

It's almost 5:00am as she woke up and then go back to sleep for a moment. Not knowing she have to face many things in going back at the main building as usual. Additionally that man. She can't deny that after that stolen kissed there's an empact inside her.

Way back in 2016, early in the morning before the opening ceremony and the prayer all employer must gathered in every department. There was a guy who look new in their department and that their supervisor didn't even introduce him. As a silent observer person Weiyeng is wondering about this guy. The man keep looking at her but she act like she didn't see it.

On the next day!

After after 8 hrs of working.

"Hey Weiyeng the boss was looking for you early in the morning" her officemate told her.

"As usual it's all about the stocks again, my people and what I'm up to" she replied.

"You what the day won't be completed if our boss can't see you or even heard you're present" her friend said.

"Well I'm used to it already, that's why sometimes no matter how many times they paged my name I won't mind. Many times I went on her table and nothing happened. She just asked some nonsense thing" Weiyeng replied.

Quiet!! Their supervisor said. " If you want to go home early just listen and ask after" she added.

Wei's friend transferred in front while she stayed at the back. As expected that newly looked guy transferred beside her and start talking to her. And asked her palm to show him as he showed his sweaty palm. Until they both show their palm and play like a kid. But then the guy pressed her palm. Being an observable person she already had an idea about it. But as a head she didn't give meaning to it. Specially she was assigned in other section. As a leader she need to control her actions specially her emotions. No matter how many times this guy tried to get her attention she still find a way to managed on it. But Jay's action is unpredictable and unstoppable. And it seems that he won't stop flirting on her.

Years passed Wei remain in her position and she already adjusted all her duties. She handled 18 categories in her section and managed all of them well. And even during working hour she still managed to chat her officemate and co-workers. Even though it's stressful, taking care of herself is very important. No work is easy. Everyone must experienced all the trials and sometimes it reach at the point of giving up. And all you have to do is be strong trust in God. After all God knows everything and He won't give any challenges without a solution.
