185 A man's reason

Buying a house is a simple thing. 

In Mizuto's mind, buying a house was like buying chocolate at the convenience store, but for most people, it wasn't as simple as that. However, even though he said that it was simple, there were still many procedures that he needed to do. Fortunately, it didn't take much time. Nevertheless, while it might seem tedious, for Akatsuki and Reina, they felt like it had changed their view of life.

"It's okay." Mizuto nodded, then said, "Don't think that I have lost money. An apartment is a good investment for me. Moreover, the location is good." Moreover, even if he didn't live there anymore, he knew it would be easy to search for the renter, so there was no need for him to hesitate. 

As expected, the buying process was simple. 

They met the owner of the apartment, paying for the house, and then what was left was only the changing ownership name. 

"...it's so simple," Akatsuki murmured. 

"It's simple. The complicated one is to search for the money," Mizuto said.

Akatsuki and Reina were speechless, but they couldn't argue with him since that was the truth. What was difficult wasn't the procedure but getting the money. Nevertheless, even if one had money, it didn't mean everything was easy, as not everyone was going to sell something for money. 

This was also why a yakuza was sometimes needed by a company, especially a real estate company, as they could force the owner of the house to force them to sell their house. 

However, for him, who had a system, such a thing was unnecessary. 

Still, with this, they didn't have trouble searching for their own place again, and when the procedure was done, they returned to the apartment that he had bought for all of them. Frankly, there was nothing inside as all the furniture had been taken out by the owner beforehand, but it didn't matter, and they just lay on the flooring as they gazed over the ceiling. 

"I didn't expect that you would really buy an apartment..." Akatsuki murmured. 

"I have bought a parking lot. What are you surprised about?" 

"...that-that's true, but..." 

Akatsuki was helpless, but she also understood that even if Mizuto had many lovers, he showed them that he could take care of them. 

"But for the furniture, wait until I go back from Tokyo." 

While he still had a lot of money, he didn't want to make himself appear to have an unlimited amount of money.

Akatsuki and Reina agreed, and they didn't have any objections. Still, at this moment, they had taken the role of a woman who supported their husbands to work.

Still, the thick wall was also the excellent point of this apartment, so there was no need for them to be worried that they would hear the noise or something. 

"Frankly, I want to buy a house, though." 

"You want to buy a house?" 

"When I have money, I will buy it. A bigger place."

Akatsuki and Reina laughed when they thought about their future. 

"But can I visit this place later?" Reina asked. 

"I don't mind, but there is nothing here, you know? What are you going to do?" 

"I just want to look around. It's our first home, after all." 

The meaning of this house was different for Akatsuki and Reina. 

While Mizuto didn't care much about this apartment, as he could buy as much as he wished, Akatsuki and Reina thought about the meaning of this place differently. Still, after a while, he took them to dinner as it was a little late. No one disagreed, and they had a nice, simple dinner. 

The most important thing was after dinner, as their plan was obvious. 

The three of them were excited about their night. 

"Where are we going to stay tonight?" 

"Westin Miyako Kyoto." 

It was a hotel that he owned after he acquired Kintetsu Group Holding. 

While they were speechless at how Mizuto could bring them to stay at the luxury hotel with ease, they knew that this was one of his benefits from working on the Dipper Group.

"By the way, Mizuto..." 

"Hmm? What's wrong, Akatsuki?" 

"Can... can we look at the furniture shop first?" Akatsuki asked timidly. She knew that Mizuto might not have money anymore and told them to wait until he returned to Tokyo, but as expected, she wanted to see the furniture shop somehow. 

Mizuto looked at Akatsuki and asked, "You are still excited, huh?" 

Akatsuki blushed, but she couldn't refute his words. "Um... if you don't want to, it doesn't matter, though..." 

"No, it's okay. We can look around first, but what do you think, Reina?" Mizuto looked at Reina. 

"I don't mind." Reina would be lying if she didn't want to see the furniture shop, but then there was something that she wanted to remind Akatsuki. "But Akatsuki, when we go to the hotel later, I am the first one, okay? You have been hogging him during the weekdays, after all." 

Unlike Akatsuki, who often spent her days with Mizuto on the weekdays, Reina spent most of her days focusing on the concert band, so they hardly did it. The last time they did it was when they accepted each other, and her body was itchy. Moreover, she would be lying if she didn't feel jealous of Akatsuki. 

"...." Mizuto. 

"Whenever we were together, weren't you always the one who was the first one?" Akatsuki returned Reina's words helplessly. Whenever the three of them were together, Reina would always leap into Mizuto first, leaving her on the side. 

"That's..." Reina pouted and asked, "Then, you want to be the first one later?" 

"Well, can't I?" 

"You are too much!" 

"Okay, okay! Stop fighting! Let's go to the furniture shop!" 

If they fought in the hotel room, it didn't matter since Mizuto could pacify them, but they were fighting in public, and the content of their conversation... well, at the same time, he thought that he hadn't taken Reina on a date alone somehow. 

Unlike Yume or Akatsuki, Mizuto felt like he hadn't made an effort for Reina, so he thought that he should give her more service tonight, but when he thought about the origin of their relationship...

Nevertheless, their plan to visit the furniture shops didn't change, and they went to the most famous one in the city, but as expected, even though it was the famous one, and also probably the largest, there was still a considerable difference between it and the one that was located in Osaka and Kyoto. 

Yet, there was no doubt that it made Reina and Akatsuki feel excited as they looked around. 

"Mizuto, what do you think of this sofa?" 

"Let's get a big bed!" 

However, Mizuto didn't share their excitement and quietly looked at the price. 

"Hmm... it's cheaper than I thought." 

He realized that he might have used the standard of the five-star hotel to choose his furniture, but if he had chosen the common one, it would have been cheap. Well, for normal people, it wasn't cheap, though.

"But our place isn't ready yet." 

While the procedure was easy, it didn't mean it could be done instantly. 

"So, that's why you told us to wait till you come back from Tokyo?" 

"Yeah." 

The three of them lay on the bed inside the furniture shop with him in the middle.

Nevertheless, he realized that the furniture market seemed to be bigger than he had thought. Yet, when he thought about how the real estate market was every year, he realized that this was normal. 

Somehow, there was a strange urge on him, showing how greedy he was, but then he suppressed it as he hadn't made his way to become the "King of Logistics." 

Still, with Mizuto in the middle, Reina and Akatsuki's eyes met, and they nodded before kissing his cheeks. 

Mizuto was startled by their sudden act. "What's wrong so suddenly?" 

"Thank you, Dear~!" 

"Um, thank you for your hard work~!" 

The two acted like coquettish cats, leaning on his shoulders with a mischievous smile, yet this was how they felt at this moment as they were so happy. 

"..." 

"Let's go to the hotel." 

Mizuto thought that he was the same as ever. 

Nevertheless, he also understood why men worked hard toward their ambition.
