5 The night that Emily's heart changed

Meanwhile on the other side at the palace, after Princess Emily finished looking at the villagers from up stairs.

She preferred to walk through the flowery roads of the palace. She was followed by her maid, Jane.

Emily was distracted. Until they reached the wooden bridge under which a small stream passes. The princess is looking at the far space.

"Do you have friends?" The princess asked Jane.

"Excuse me, ma'am friends of mine? "The maid asked in a lack of understanding.

The princess did not answer; she would not repeat the same question twice.

"Of course, ma'am, I had friends," Jane answered simply.

"How did you spend time together?" princess Emily asked

"That was in the past. We used to play in the village together gathering grass. We used to make simple childish toys, brides of cloth residue, and houses of mud.

We used to jump in the creek near the water without clothes. "Jane said Accompanied by a cheeky laugh. Before princess Emily interacted her

"No clothes!" The princess said  with contempt. Jane was blushing red face. She looked at the ground.

"We were stupid kids, ma'am," Jane said.

"Go ahead and what else," the princess said. As she wants to know more about how to spend a good time with friends.

"We were making a lot of disasters. We used to steal food at the market and run away. We also used to go to the woods to look for banned herbs. Chowing it to get crazy and feel the hallucinations," Jane said it before the princess interrupted her.

Emily was staring at her in wonder and then the princess turned to the other side. points out to Jane that she was gonna finish her conversation.

Jane was reluctant to tell the crap. that she did when she was young. But she did, anyway.

"I was soaking my bed to pretend I was sick, so my mother would spare me the business. I was an idiot. "Jane said before she shook her hand on her mouth and laughed at the shame.

The princess turned to look at her and pointed out that she'd completed it.

"I was sneaking into the bar nearby, watching what was going on inside. I was crazy one time going alone for a long walk or walking with anyone stranger," Jane said and then shut up. The princess didn't tell her to continue.

The princess turned around herself. She changed her way back to the palace again. Jane was running after her terrified for no obvious reason, until they got to the princess' room.

Then Princess Emily asked the maid out. Jane backed down until she got to the door, and then she came out and locked the door behind her.

'These idiots get full happiness. The villagers are really having fun. We're here at the palace, bothering to keep the kingdom going. "Fuck!"

The princess kicked off the collection of books that were in front of her. The books are scattered everywhere.

The glimpse of a book she approached. She read the title "Royal Court Instructions for Princesses and Princes.

" When she touched it, she found that her mind was back in time. An old memory came to her.

She was ten years old at the time when that incident happened. That book was a witness to that incident. It was there.

When the king threw that book at the table, this is the table that Emily was sitting at in the garden. That table had a lot of colorful flowers and green branches on it.

Princess Emily was trying to make the handcraft. Maybe she's trying to make a decade of flowers or a crown that doesn't look like features of what she's making.

"You have to study this," her father said. No affection.

"Why?" Emily said it lightly as if she didn't care.

"Because you're a princess," The king said in impatience.

"Your other daughter is also a princess. Let your wife teach her, eh. Or maybe she'll melt him in water and feed it to her. Instead of playing, "she said in a grudge and hatred.

She looked at the King's second wife who was accompanying her three-year-old daughter. They play together. They looked happy, which was how Princess Emily's grudge grew.

The king threw flowers down from the table. And when she fell to the ground, he crushed it with his foot until he completely destroyed it.

"Do you argue that I am the king," the king said angrily before slapping her.

A moment of silence and shock has passed on Princess Emily. Her eyes are bloodied. She wanted to cry, but she refused to cry. She wants to stir up his anger.

"I wish you were the one who died, not my mother," Emily said before she ran. She was crying.

"Your mother's that bitch, huh, the one who ran away, huh, she deserved to die... She deserved it," The King was screaming his words.

That was so much so that the birds on the nearby trees ran away, from the intensity of their sound.

His second wife stayed still. She's cuddling up to her kid who collapsed from crying.

"That little f**k is banned from going out of her room a whole month. No one's going in and nobody's talking to her," The king said it was his assistant command.

It was the veins of a face so prominent that you thought the King would spread the blood from his face from the hyper - rage.

Princess Emily remembered all this in a moment. She threw the book on the floor immediately. She was trampling on the book with her feet in anger.

That book cost her a month in prison in her room. She got the disease out of her grief. The maids were entering the room.

They made cold water bandages, without talking to her without a word. They get out without talking to her.

She was always crying and hallucinating. One night during this punishment, Princess Emily felt that a dagger had penetrated her chest into her heart.

She woke up from sleep then. She was upset no one else in the room but the pain blew her heart.

She put her hand on her chest. She tried to call out louder. But nobody hears her and nobody answers.

She tried to get out of her place on the bed, but she didn't make it to stand up. She fell on her face. She was in the dark room till morning. That night changed everything.

She was physically cured of the fever after that. But her heart has changed at this moment. And she became someone other than the one the kingdom always knew!

Princess Emily was freed from that memory.

She's had her mind back for the moment. and rethinking the free and irresponsible lives of villagers.

Jane... Jane called Princess Emily out loud.

It was a few seconds before Jane entered the room running.

"Bring me shoddy clothes, Simple clothes, the clothes of villagers, something lousy. A person can masquerade it, "The princess said it to Jane.

"Also prepare a vehicle at the back door." The princess said it, and after Jane moved to get what the princess asked for, she stood hesitant.

"And make sure no one sees you." Princess Emily said it with a warning tone. She was roaming the room back and forth.

Poor Jane stood up.

She didn't understand anything. She didn't understand what was going on, but she stood shaken.

"Are you stupid? Deaf! Move, "Princess Emily yelled.

That horror of Jane always came from the princess's orders. This time fear doubles many times. It happened when the princess was angry.

It was only a few moments until Jane had already arrived. She entered the princess' room back and prepared what the princess had requested.

Princess Emily looked with monopoly and disdain towards ordinary clothes, clothes that the princess ordered herself and already Jane brought.

She switched princess clothes and removed makeup and powders. She worked hard to try to hide being a princess.

Jane couldn't break the princess' orders. It could cost her her neck. So Jane stood looking at the princess in silence without saying a word. The princess is in her village clothes now.

"Let's go."

Princess Emily said it in her village clothes.

"Let's go? Where to, ma'am? "Jane said it as she feared the princess' anger.

"Let's go outside. I'm going to the village myself to see what you're talking about," Emily said in a challenge.

"Ma'am," Jane attempted to speak, were completely useless to get the princess to change her mind or decision.

They must leave the palace now without anyone seeing them.

That was why Jane getting out of the room. She gave an order to the guards at the princess' doorstep to leave. The guards have already left the corridor without saying a word.

Princess and Jane sneaked into the palace's roads, and every time anyone met them on a road, they ran into another road where no one saw them.

The problem was that they had to cross the gate. How could they get through?

Jane moved towards the gate a few meters before the gate, she fell down. The guards rushed out trying to save her.

Meanwhile, the princess was able to sneak in, unnoticed by the guards busy with the unconscious maid.

When Jane confirmed that the princess had already infiltrated. She recovered and thanked the guards. She went to the gate to catch up with the princess.

When Jane got to the cart, She tried to get on the wagon.

"Are you crazy! what are you doing?" The princess said it angrily.

"Come with you, ma'am."

"Are you stupid? You should stay here. "Princess Emily said she was impatient.

"But ma'am, I can't let you walk around alone. What if anything happens to you!" Jane said it was shaky.

The princess didn't wait to hear more. She ordered the captain to set off.
