6. Sensei

(Looks better in the manga. I have no idea where I'm going with this.)

"Nice to see you, Kiryuu-sensei.", said Yuki in a slightly mischievous tone. He had never expected to see a teacher in this section of the bookstore.

The last thing that Yuzuki (Kiryuu-sensei from kiss x sis) had wished for was to see a student, especially one that could recognize her. But when she looked up to see Yuki, she was slightly confused.

As far as she knew, this student didn't interact with anyone in school and always kept to himself. She couldn't really find fault with him since his marks were just above average.

"I didn't know Sensei likes these kinds of books.", said Yuki as he read the title of the book. He felt slightly embarrassed by the contents of the manga just from reading the title.

It was only then that Yuzuki realized that she was still holding the manga, "E-Eh! N-No, I don't usually read this kind of story. I-I was just interested!"

"Is that so?"

"O-Of course!"

"If you say so." said Yuki with a shrug

"I'm serious!"

"Didn't I agree with you though?"

"It doesn't sound like it!"

"Sensei, you shouldn't shout in a bookstore."

Yuzuki then realized that the other customers were staring at them and a blush spread through her face. Yuki decided to stop teasing his teacher for now.

"By the way, that manga there is a good one."

"R-Really?"

"Yep. If you want, I can give you a copy."

"You have manga?" asked Yuzuki in a surprised tone.

"Why do you sound so surprised?"

"W-Well, you just don't seem like the kind of person that reads manga."

"You see, I don't have many friends in the first place, so whenever I got bored, I would come here to keep myself busy. The house is empty most of the time anyway. Oh, this one's also pretty good."

"T-Thanks. Um, what do you mean when you say that?"

"Say what?"

"That your house is empty most of the time? "

"Oh. My parents are away at work most of the time, so it's usually just me in the house?"

"Isn't that lonely?"

"It is, but I've gotten used to it. If you want, I can still lend you a few manga. (or mangas, whichever you prefer.)"

"No, that's OK."

"I see. Well, I've found one I like, so I'm ready to go. You wanna leave together?"

"Are you sure?"

"Yep."

"Then it's fine."

As they walked out of the shop, Yuki kept making conversation with Yuzuki as they walked home. Although he wasn't completely knowledgeable about the manga of this world, he still learned a few things from his memories. But that wasn't the only thing that Yuki talked about.

Yuzuki was surprised by the number of things Yuki knew. She opened up more as her laughter rang in Yuki's ears. Without knowing it they had arrived at Yuzuki's apartment.

"I guess this is where we part ways. See you tomorrow Sensei." said Yuki as he started to walk away.

Yuzuki seemed extremely unwilling to part with Yuki, and she pulled the hem of his shirt to stop him from leaving. Yuki looked at Yuzuki in surprise before he asked, "Is something wrong?"

Yuzuki quickly released his shirt as she blushed like a tomato. She answered in a flustered tone, "N-No, I-I just wanted to invite you in for tea before you leave."

Yuki looked a the sky and realized that it was still light out. He checked the time before deciding to stay. "That would be great."

As they walked up the stairs, Yuzuki couldn't help but glance at Yuki from time to time. He was going to be the first male to enter her house. Her imagination started to wander as she imagined different situations happening before realizing she was thinking about her student.

Yuki had a different set of thoughts as they approached, 'I wonder what a teacher's house looks like. Maybe she has our tests in her house and I can steal a copy. But then again, when have I ever failed a test. Still, it should be interesting.'

Yuzuki was in a daze as she unlocked her door. It was only after she opened the door that she remembered the state of her house. Unfortunately for her, Yuki had already gotten a good look before she started panicking.

"So this is Sensei's house."

"I-It's not usually like this, I-I just didn't have time to clean up. Just give me five minutes." said Yuzuki as she slammed the door in Yuki's face.
