Chapter 23: Choices

Dexter had finally found his target, he had gotten used to his new lifestyle he had found excuses to wander the village and assess the occupants.

That was where he found him, Jaiden Winterstone a mid Rank 1 warrior. He looked old and friendly like he was around 60 years of age. If anyone saw him the first thing they would think is he seems nice, but after watching him for a while he realized that was a front.

Dexter took a quick glance at his stats.

He wasn't exactly bad a mid rank usually had ability equal to 2.0 in each of their stats, the power levels equal to stats are like so. 1 = Low rank 1, 2 = Mid rank 1, 3 = High rank 1, 5 = Low rank 2, 6 = Mid rank 2, 7 = High rank 2, and so on.

He didn't have to manipulate his target he just had to find the right opportunity and find a way to get rid of the evidence.

Dexter approached his target, he was on the village training field considering the fact he was a martial arts teacher it was where he spent most of his time other than the times he would go home to go sleep and spend time with his daughter.

Although Jaiden seemed nice after some analyzing, Dexter realized that Jaiden coveted his own daughter despite her being 12 and her also being his most likely biological daughter.

So that was how he had come up with his plan, Dexter didn't want to have to go through the difficulty of fighting fair and square so obviously he decided not to. He had initiated Plan A of Life's not fair.
