1 Future Boss

Song Xi woke up with a start, she had a really weird dream which had made her oversleep.

She looked at the time and became frantic. Damn it! She was going to be late for her job interview. If she did not get through any of the interviews, she would be unable to pay her rent for the month and send money back home.

She hurriedly got ready and ran to the bus stop and saw the bus leaving as she arrived. Luck was not with her for the day. She had only one option and that was to get a cab. But she stayed in a desolate area and there were no cabs around at the moment. She started walking, feeling terrible about her situation and hoping that she could somehow make it for the interview.

It's not like this was her only interview for the day, but it was the most promising one for the day. She had a total of 5 interviews for today and it looked like she wasn't going to make it for the first interview.

She was walking with her head down and she suddenly saw a cab moving by her side. She quickly flagged it down.

Looks like she would be making it to the interview on time!

She put her bag in and was just about to get in when a man in a suit opened the car door from the other side and asked the cab driver to drive.

Song Xi was furious!!

How dare was this man to take another person's cab?

"Excuse me, I got the cab first" yelled Song Xi.

The man irritatedly looked up at her.

He was dashing and handsome. He had the perfect features and he was tall and exuded an aristocratic vibe and he had intelligent eyes but a cold aura.

She was stunned for a moment but quickly regained her composure. This prick had taken her cab.

Li Tingxiao looked at the woman , she was really pretty and took his breath away but he quickly remembered that he had an important meeting to get to and he couldn't miss it.

Li Tingxiao threw a wad of cash at the cab driver and asked him to drive. The cab driver looked at cash, it was more than what he would make in a day.

The cab driver looked at Song Xi and said, "Sorry Lady but find another cab " and asked the man to close the door.

The man pulled the door and the cab drove away. But it stopped a few paces away and she ran, hoping that the cab driver had changed his mind. When she reached the cab, the rude man pushed her bag into her hand from the window and then they drove away.

Song Xi, stood there flabbergasted. That prick had stolen her cab!!!! She got the cab first but he came along and took it.

Her luck was really terrible, hopefully it would get better. She needed to get a job. Her eyes shone with a steely determination and she decided that no matter what, she was going to get a job offer today.
