Zoe checked on the paper that Raigon was holding as she was the person nearest it.

She was not aware that the King wrote it but she knew the seal as the owner's name was written on it.

"The Queen's seal!" She stepped back and glanced at Raigon in bewilderment. 

Zoe was smiling as she was happy that the Queen finally gave a chance to Azra. She witnessed how she was so against him when they went to her Chamber. It was out of her imagination that she would permit Azra to be free.

But her blitheness diffused slowly when Raigon rubbed the back of his neck.

"How did you manage to obtain the letter, your Highness?"

Erin also asked in disbelief as she has heard stories from Lord Hou how wicked she could be. 

Raigon's hand brushed his hair as he gave Zoe a pained look.

Zoe swallowed hard as she felt like she understood what that gaze meant. 

'He must have made a bargain to the Queen in expense of our relationship.'
