3 Mate???

"mate?" I asked.

"like in good friends?"

"my mate... I guess she doesn't get it.."

he wispered to himself

"what dont I get?" i responded

he mumbled somthing under his breath.

a yawn escaped my lips.

and I got up.

"There is your bed mate Eli" I pointed to a dog bed I had purchased.

"I will see you tomorrow."

I went to my room after patting him on the head and giving a kiss on his nose.

in my bed it was always lonely, well my whole home was.

but this night i never did feel alone.

in the middle of the night I got up.

dont ask me why, I just did.

groggily I went to the living room.

a howl pierced through the night.

I stared toward the sound.

a man sat there on the couch.

"who are you?" I asked shakily "how did you get in?"

he turned his head.

and the big brown eyes stared back.

then everything went black
