9 Insecure

Its been a few days that Yoo Na had been staying back at home, she couldn't ask for more because she hardly received some time for herself. And being home with Seokjin who takes good care of her she couldn't be happier. But she missed him, she wanted to go to school even though she could get a glimpse of him.

But here she was playing with the cast on her ankle as she recalled the moment she spent with him. She sighs out and slumps down on the bed, "What do I do to make him fall in love with me?" She questions herself as she recalls all her tactics and plans she applied which need up with him saying, 'you are like a sister to me...' How she felt her life living her at those words of his.

She had him as her only reason to live and she felt she had to work harder, she knew she has to go through lots now that she is back here again but she can't be sure of the event going to happen... because they were never the same. She has to make her own path- the one she wants to, for herself.

"I am bored... " She mumbles inside her silent room, just then she heard a small creak sound of the door opening, she sits straight wondering who would walk in, a smile covers a face as Seokjin walks in with a glass of juice.

"here drink it." He says handing her the glass and Yoo Na grabs it and chugs the juice down her throat, she wipes her lips once she is done. "Was it good?" He questions earning a nod from her. "I am bored... when will the doctor come and take this off me?"

Seokjin chuckles shaking his head, "Yah! How many times do I have to say it, huh?" He playfully yells making her pout her lips. "I want to walk freely without this. " Yoo Na says pointing her fingers at the cast. Seokjin nods his head and raises both of his hands in the air surrounding her.

"He will be here by five. Why do you have any plans?" He questions trying to read her expression. "Um... not much. I am planning to have Bo Ra over for today." She says scratching her head. Seokjin gasps, "You made a friend? And you didn't tell me?" He dramatically says placing his hand against his chest.

"Hm... she is new and she is pretty but still she treats me well. " Yoo Na says smiling to herself.

"That means she is a good girl. I will thank her for being my bear's friend. " Seokjin says caressing her head while Yoo Na snorts laughing at his words. "I am grown up... don't behave like I am still a kid. "

Seokjin raises a brow, "Remind me why I call you little bear. " He says mocking her while Yoo Na rolls her eyes. "I am not little anymore! I can understand things adults do!" She protests making the other burst out laughing.

"Yeah, yeah... that is why you know that you love someone not have a crush on someone. " Ever since those words escaped her lips he has been bringing it up and making fun of her. Yoo Na groans grabbing her pillow and throwing it at him.

Seokjin yelps when the pillow smacks his face, he still couldn't control himself and laughs louder. "Stop teasing me! You are a bad brother!" Yoo Na yells running to him and smacking his sides with her fist. "O-Okay...yah! Stop it. It hurts!" he says in between his laugher while Yoo Na scoffs dropping her hands down.

"They won't be home tonight, will they?" Yoo Na questions with uncertainty in her voice, "No. They have a business deal to cover so they left for another city. " Yoo Na subconsciously smiles nodding her head, "I see. Will they be back soon?" She questions straight to the point. "Nah, they will be gone for three days at max. "

"Yiee! I have this house to myself then. " Yoo Na starts doing her happy dance making the other smile adoringly, "Yah! If you want to put cast longer then continue dancing. " Seokjin mocks her while Yyoo Na tucks her tongue out and continuing her dance.

"I need to go to work. Take rest. " he says making his way towards the door, "No, don't go. I am bored. " Yoo Na whines extending her arms to0 hold onto him. "You want me to get fired?" He says with his left brow raised, Yoo Na pouts with sad eyes.

"Call your friend over now if she is free. it's already 4:30 pm anyway." Yoo Na widens her eyes and nods her head, "Even the doctor will be here soon." Yoo Na adds chuckling to herself. "Yeah, yeah. " Seokjin says smiling and caressing her head before he walks out of the room.

Yoo Na looks around searching for her phone, she grabs it and quickly leaves a message.

YOO NA Come here now! I will wait for you.

She smiles throwing her phone by her side and waits for her arrival. Within a second she heard her mobile produce a ding sound with the screen lightening up. She smiles sliding the screen open and going through her message.

BO RA Okay. In 15 mins ;)

Yoo Na smiles reading her text, indeed they both belonging to rich families, they lived few blocks apart. Not so close but not that far either, it was easy for both of them hang out. Still, this would be their first hangout to which Yoo Na was looking forward to. Having friends and sleeping over was always a big dream for her.

She looks around and found her room messy, "Shit! What will she think of me?" Yoo Na frantic walking over to the pile of clothes, she sighs before throwing all her clothes into the wardrobe in hurry.

It was about time Bo Ra would be ringing her doorbell and yet she was fighting to tidy up her room, "I need to learn to keep my room neat. This is -fuck!" Yoo Na curses under her breath when she heard the bell ringing downstairs.

She looks around groaning while she sighs giving up. "Who cares? She will befriend me despite this mess if she truly cares about me. " Yoo Na says to herself nodding her head as she makes her way out of her room.

"YOO NA!!!" Bo Ra yells as she runs towards her, Yoo Na chuckles walking down the stairs. How could the girl who stood so silently like a good girl suddenly got hyper at her presence? Yoo Na smiles when she got tackled into a bear hug.

"Ahh! I missed you like crazy. I felt so bored. " She says pouting against her neck, "Ah and I have your bag. I wanted to come by earlier but I didn't have the guts. " Bo Ra awkwardly chuckles scratching her head.

"I forgot about the bag then. " Yoo Na smiles awkwardly.

"Let's go to my room." Yoo Na says dragging Bo Ra upstairs. "Do you girls need anything to eat?" One of the maids questions while Bo Ra shakes her head no. "It's okay, sister. Thank you!" Yoo Na yells smiling at her before dragging Bo Ra upstairs to her room.

Yoo Na was hesitant in opening the door which got the other confused, "Is something wrong?" Bo Ra questions while Yoo Na shakes her head no laughing awkwardly. "So this is my room. " Yoo Na says slamming the door open and closing her eyes.

Bo Ra gasps looking around making her fear what she would say. Will she run away and not want to be her friend? Yoo Na got insecure because of her own thoughts.
