16 Good days

"I am coming!!!" Yoo Na yells running downstairs with her bag handing down her left shoulder. Seokjin looks up at her growing as he slowly places the plates on the table.

He shakes his head and looks back at the table before placing a spoon and a fork beside the plate, " How many times should I repeat 'Do not run!', huh?" he says with a glare while Yoo Na suddenly halts on her step before slowly making her way towards the table.

"Um, sorry. " She says chuckling apologetically while he just nods his head, "Just eat. " He says nudging his head at the table and gesturing her to sit while she obediently obeys and eats her breakfast silently.

"You won't eat with me?" She questions with a toast against his lips and eyes batting at him, he chuckles shaking his head no. "I have something to do. You are 19 years old already. Don't act like a kid. " He says laughing to himself while Yoo Na just smiles.

"Am I not your little bear?" Seokjin scoffs, he folds both of his arms against his chest and raises a brow at her, "Aren't you the one to yell 'I am not a little bear anymore!', tell me are you?" He dares her to say a word more with his gaze while Yoo Na pouts rolling her eyes, she then tucks her tongue out.

"I heard you say you have work to do... why are still you here?! " She clears her throat when he burst out in laughter and it kinda annoyed her. She could never win against him and it was pissing her off. She decides ignoring him would be best for now so she busies herself eating.

"Study well and don't let others bully you. Be strong. " He says walking to her and ruffling her hair. "Brother! I just made my hair!!" She yells slapping his hands away.

"Uh? But it looks the same. " He says making her widen her eyes, "You just didn't say that. " She glares at her brother who was giggling with an adoring smile she loved. That very smile calmed her and she wasn't even angry at him. "Do not touch my hair. " She says finishing her toast.

"Messy hair sometimes looks cool. Let it be... I will make you cool. " He says ruffling her hair even more before running away from her sight. "Yah!!!!" Yoo Na yells fisting her palm but she felt her blood boiling when his laugh pierced through her ears.

He was out of sight but his loud laughter was echoing all over the house. She stomps her feet before hoisting the bag across her shoulder and caressing her hair then she makes her way out of the house.

"Miss, Let me drive you to school. " Yoo Na smiles walking towards the elder.

"It's okay, uncle Choi. I can walk. " Yoo Na kindly denies his offer, no it was his request since he was brought for driving her, and here she goes always denying him. He sighs shaking his head, "please let me drive you. I don't want to earn without working. "

He says with a pleading voice. "But... I don't want them to see me walk down the car. I don't want others to know who I am. " Yoo Na speaks scratching her head and taking in a deep breath. She had always hated attention and moreover the thought of her classmates bullying her after knowing who she was troubled her.

She didn't want them to see through her matters, she just wanted them to think what they want. She didn't want others to know she was someone who she wasn't in reality. Her identity would just be a hassle being known for all.

"But... I-I can drop you at a distance from your school. " He comes up with an idea while Yoo Na seemed hesitant. "Uncle, anywhere but not to school. " Yoo Na pleads with her soft and puppy eyes.

"But last time I picked you up. I mean... I have um..." He hesitates if he should mention that or not. Yoo Na contemplates his words and she sighs, "Okay then... pick up my friend too and drop at a distance from school. " She agrees and nods her head while the elder smiles happily.

He opens the door helping her in, "Miss, you shouldn't hide. If they know who you are they wouldn't dare to touch you. " He speaks enthusiastically while Yoo Na smiles a little looking away and buckling the seatbelt.

[If only... if you know who I am. I hate the thought of them knowing who I am... I am not what you all see me as.] She speaks to herself as she felt her eyes tearing up, she wipes away her tears and takes a deep breath.

"Let's go!" He says giggling as he eyes Yoo Na through the rearview, Yoo Na smiles having his eyes on her. He pulls the accelerator and the engine roars heading to the destination picked. Yoo Na leans against the window as she silently observes the surrounding.

All those big built houses and apartments cover her view, she sighs knowing well enough these houses were never her warm-place. She loved having a place somewhere she can enjoy nature and the technology both at a time. She wanted to have a house, not that big but a medium one enough for her family. A family she hopes she had.

"Here we are, miss. " He calls out for her bringing her out of her thoughts she blinks her eyes and looks around. "Uncle, don't call me 'miss' but just Yoo Na. " She says unbuckling her seat belt, "I ought to when I am working. " He says chuckling to himself.

As she steps out she found Bo Ra making her way out of the house, "Bo Ra-ah!!" She calls out for her while Bo Ra snaps her head in the direction she heard her name being called.

A bright smile flashes across her face as she squeals running towards Yoo Na. "I didn't know you would come to pick me up!"

Yoo Na chuckles being wrapped into a hug, "I had to and maybe I will regularly. " Yoo Na says eyeing the old man inside the car who was smiling and nodding his head which was peeking out from the window.

"Of course!" He replies making Yoo Na laugh.

"Hmm, mom is busy so she can't drop me off at school. I guess I don't have to trouble her anymore. " She says smiling at Yoo Na, they both seat comfortably with their seatbelt buckled up securely. The car leaves again heading towards the school.

"What are you thinking?" Bo Ra questions as she looks at Yoo Na staying silent.

"Nothing, I am fine. " She says smiling.

Soon the car halts, "At the stop. " The old man says while Bo Ra looks out and frowns. "Why here? We aren't at school yet. " Yoo Na smiles unbuckling herself and making her way out. Bo Ra follows her out while the car drives away bidding both of them goodbye.

"Why?" Bo Ra questions with a frown.

"We will drop here from today onward." Yoo Na says walking ahead while Bo Ra runs after her with a pout. "But why?" She questions again.

"Because I want to. I want to walk to school... with you!. " Yoo Na says yelling a bit loud at the end and wrapping her arms across Bo Ra's arms. Bo Ra chuckles shaking her head and they both walk to the school gossiping and laughing.

"Students, I have an announcement. " Yeong Jae says with a neutral facade making everyone curious. But they dared not to make a sound, who would want to get themself into trouble and that too with him.

"Miss Sin and Miss Ahn will be joining our class from now on. Come on in!" He says looking towards the door with the two girls walking inside the class. Some were happy and some were annoyed while a few were scared.

But Yoo Na felt a shiver down her spine seeing both of them standing in the front with a smirk and glare thrown at her.

[Bye to my good days!] She says cursing under her breath.
