5 She's drugged

Wu Jinyan exhaled and felt relaxed believing someone came to rescue her. But that little hope she had in her heart faded into vapours when she heard the words.

"We don't know how you got her, but you better hand her to us"

Her vision was blurry and her mind groggy due to the effects of the incense but she still noticed the shadows at the entrance.

She didn't get to see their faces clearly but she understood just by the words, they were not there to help her. The way those words were presented was like those men were asking to send her to some other man who fancied her more than the man who pinned her down on the bed at the moment.

Wu Jinyan gulped in fear, staring at the two figures standing at the entrance.

Han Shifeng's heart was bursting with anger on hearing the words. He thought he finally got hold of this rare beauty but these men had a death wish for them to disturb him in such an exciting timing.

He was in an expensive suite room with high security but someone still managed to get inside and also dared to speak in such a rude manner.

He immediately jumped down the bed to walk towards the men. Those tall figures were solid and looked as if they had no intentions of moving even an inch away.

"Who do you think you are?" Han Shifeng took one step at a time. At the moment, he was concerned only about the men and didn't think about the woman behind him as he knew she would automatically lose her senses within the next few seconds.

Wu Jinyan tried to strengthen herself. She needs to do something if she wanted to save her innocence and dignity.

The heat in her body was scorching and with a shade of redness overtaking the fairness of her skin, she looked like a cooked shrimp.

As her mind was in complete haze, she could only rely on her instincts. With no delay, she grabbed whatever her hand could find and staggered forward.

'Die, you bastard' She used her hand skillfully and with a single strike, a porcelain vase was shattered and with blood flowing from back of his head, Han Shifeng fell down.

Thinking the other men would be flustered with her sudden actions, Wu Jinyan wanted to rush out before they came out of their momentary shock. Unknown to her, those men were highly alert and blocked her way too easily. She felt like she fell from the hot pan onto direct fire.

She took a deel breath and chose to plead those men to show some pity on her and leave her alone. She pulled all her remaining strength to keep her mind focused in every aspect.

"P-please..leave me.."

She lifted her tiny head only to see a pair of sharp eyes scrutinizing her. She felt like those eyes cast some magical spell on her.

thump..thump.. her heart drummed inside her chest loudly.

Those heart piercing dark eyes....they looked so beautiful and striking, she herself was unaware when she lifted her hand towards those beautiful whirlpools sucking her soul.

She winced when her wrist felt a cold touch but soon raised her other hand only to sense another wave of that pleasing touch before she could reach those amazing orbs. She didn't know what exactly went wrong with her, but that touch felt so good, she wanted more of it.

Wu Jinyan knew very well her body was craving for something unusual but she couldn't help but keep asking for more. Her body was unwilling to lose and wished to feel such a manly touch again and again at any cost.

She looked at both her hands that were held by two strong arms. Those long, slender fingers were well structured and so captivating, she wished them to visit every nook and cranny of her body in every possible way in and out.

She totally forgot what she initially intended to say, in contrast her mind now decided to beg this man to take her away. She was losing control and her heart was tingling with his cold touch soothing her heated body.

Her gaze was still on that pair of beautiful eyes but soon her vision started to blur due to a strong wind of corrupt sensations dominating her innocent soul.

Considering his brother would lose his temper, Gu Zihao tried to explain inorder to let his brother know that her actions were not deliberate. "Big brother, don't be angry. She's drugged.."

But to his surprise, a concerned voice interrupted him "Mom wouldn't mind us bringing a sick woman home, right?"

Gu Zihao's mind was already blown away with the words he heard and in addition he saw his brother effortlessly carrying the petite unconscious woman in his arms.

The Gu family doctors checked on Wu Jinyan and gave appropriate treatment. Her condition now seemed better and her face regained the original fair colour.

Shen Xiuzhen was horrified when she initially saw the young lady who looked like a ripe tomato. Now she was relieved to see Wu Jinyan return to her usual colour. She stood at the bedside and watched Wu Jinyan sleeping peacefully. She couldn't help but sigh thinking if she was lucky enough to have such an ethereal beauty as her daughter in law.

Gu Cheng stood beside his wife and mumbled in confusion, "Are you sure?! But I think it's impossible?"

"What's there not to be sure? Have you ever seen him bring a woman with him?!" Shen Xiuzhen said in a soft voice as she brought Gu Cheng out of the room and slowly closed the door to the guest room so as to not disturb the sleeping beauty.

"It's different from what you think. She's sick.

She was drugged and her condition is not good and..." Gu Cheng tried to give every other possible reason.

"What?! Don't tell me you didn't see how he personally carried her into the house and specifically asked our family doctors to look after her instead of sending her to a hospital. And you still believe it's not what I think?!"

"Xiuzhen, you are really imagining too much. Let me tell you...my son is not a fool like me to fall in love at first sight and get married in haste only to regret later." Gu Cheng said.

"What...?! Are you telling me you regret marrying me?" Shen Xiuzhen promotly understood the hidden meaning in his words.

"What do you think?" Gu Cheng simply walked away with his hands placed behind his back displaying his noble disposition. 

Shen Xiuzhen glared at her husband's back. She always thought Gu Cheng sincerely loved her. But his words were like daggers tearing her heart apart. It had been decades since they got married and now he was saying he regret marrying her.

She gave up on her dreams and youth to marry him. How dare he act like she's the one to make his life miserable?

What a joke...!

"Gu Cheng, you...wait there" Shen Xiuzhen chased after him with her fingers balled into fists.
