Gu Zichen walked past his mother and opened the door but at the same moment, he heard a cold voice from behind. "Zihao said he already found her details. He will bring her straight to this place. You can talk to her right here. Now come back and take rest"

Gu Cheng sounded extremely overbearing and his eyes were filled with utmost seriousness. He appeared as though he really intended to tie up and cage Gu Zichen inside the house. Only if his son ever listened to his words, he wouldn't have to worry about anything else.

His dear son had a head-on collision with death and almost stepped on the doorsteps of hell.

He immediately brought Gu Zichen back home worried that the hospital would be inconvenient and had the Gu family's doctors look after him the whole night. It wasn't even an hour since he woke up and he already started behaving like a busy person with no time to waste.

Gu Cheng just wanted Gu Zichen to take adequate rest and recuperate well. But his son was that kind of specimen who keeps acting in opposite direction of his instructions.

He wondered if only his sons were this rebellious or all kids of this generation behave the same way.

Gu Zichen turned his head to look at his father's serious face. That slight lift of his thin lips expressed his inner thoughts clearly. "Do you think I'm a little child to be scared of you?"

He would never care for anyone or anything others say to him. In simple words, he does everything as per his own principles. 

Gu Zichen didn't heed much to his parents' words and walked out of the room when he heard a shout from downstairs. "Dad..that girl was taken away" 

Gu Zichen immediately walked down the stairs with his parents following behind.

"What happened?!" Gu Zihao trembled slightly on hearing his father's voice. He was given one simple task but he failed right at the starting point.

It wasn't entirely his fault that he missed the girl. His father ordered him to find a woman when he was sincerely having fun. Obviously, his abilities would vary as he was disturbed while partying. Fortunately, the girl wasn't someone significant whom he couldn't track down but someone living right under his eyes.

"I was observing her from a little far but suddenly a couple of men took her away"

"Then shouldn't you follow those men and save her?" Shen Xiuzhen yelled. She never thought her son to be this stupid. She was seriously disappointed in herself for giving birth to such a brainless son.

How could a grown man leave a little girl like that when she was in deep danger?

"Mom..Why should I personally get involved for such simple matter? I already sent my men to look for her"

"Shut up. She saved your big brother. Can't you help her in return?" Gu Cheng scolded his son this time.

Gu Zihao looked at both of his parents. Under their ice cold gazes, he felt like a school kid who was reprimanded for not doing well in his exams. And why on earth were they shouting at him? He was not the one that girl saved.

Gu Zihao looked at his brother like a pitiful child as a brilliant idea took birth in his head.

"Actually, big brother should go and help her...She saved him last night and it's only correct for big brother to save her now. Only then there will be balance of helping each other" Gu Zihao then threw a wink at Gu Zichen. As long as his big brother saved him from these oldies... he would do anything.

Gu Zichen was continuously pestered by his parents since the moment he regained consciousness. He would sure take his little brother's words into consideration to escape from the Gu family house.

"Exactly...I should personally go and help her" Gu Zichen spoke and immediately walked out of the house without considering the piercing stares hitting his back.

Gu Cheng and Shen Xiuzhen sighed looking at the fading tall figures. They could only surrender when both their sons colluded to work on something.

A white sports car soon reached a specific building. Looking at the hotel before him, Gu Zichen frowned and asked "This was the location your men notified you?! Are you sure she was here?"

Wu Jinyan finally opened her eyes but her crinkled brows were furrowed further on recognising the man standing before her.

She quickly looked down to examine herself. 'Thank goodness' She was not naked and nothing happened to her.

But with that man slowly moving towards her, her mind was jumbled and her heart rate crossed the normal range.

His gaze like that of a clawed beast cornered her on that luxurious and soft bed. His lips were curved into such a kind of wicked smile, her stomach was instantly disturbed and she tightened her grip on the sheets below her. He felt disgusted just by looking at him.

"My father really sold me off to you?" she asked looking at the face that was closing in towards hers. She was frightened to death when she saw those blazing eyes.

She was so enraged, she wanted to slaughter that Wu Hao and feed him to dogs. She already declared that she was not interested in being a part of his money game. But he still did what he wanted.

Wu Jinyan blamed herself for miscalculating Wu Hao's abilities. The love he shared and the care he showed on her since she entered Wu family was all a facade. Each of his action had a price tag from the beginning. He now billed everything and wants her to pay in such disgusting manner.

The mere thought that she once relentlessly worshipped him for years together caused her to hate her past self for being a fool. Only if she had known about his wicked mind earlier, she would have escaped from his clutches long ago.

She was now forced to clear the bill for the luxury she was provided by offering herself to a lustful animal and by enduring him tearing down her layers of innocence. She never imagined she would become a commodity used for trade.

"Your father never had a heart to directly sell you. It's just that I really wanted to taste you. He simply gifted you for the benefits he received" Han Shifeng's eyes had those burning flames. He stared at the woman as if trying to turn her body into ashes just with his intense gaze.

Wu Jinyan lived for more than two decades on this planet and had a fair portion of knowledge about the dirty side of a man's mind. She knew this kind of rich man would never mind doing anything to obtain the girl he desired.

She was well aware of his upcoming actions but he condition was not favourable for her to trick him and escape.

She tried to stop breathing the strong fragrance blowing over her face but that aphrodisiac incense spread it's powerful essences into the air long ago.

Her skin was stinging as if thorns were prickling her cells. She was already surrendering like the river flowing towards the ocean. Her body continued burning as though lava was flowing in her blood vessels.

She was feeling hot, so hot that she started to sweat even with air conditioning at the lowest temperature. She thought she had no other choice but to bury her shame, numb her heart and accept her fate. 

Her lips were only centimetres away from his, when like a ray of light in her dark world, a kick broke the closed door.
