4 Chapter 4: A date

"Did you miss me?" he asked. "You ugly bastard! When will you come home? Do you know how hard it is when you aren't here? Mom and Dad give me so much work. I've spent my vacation in the company yet you bastard, was having a vacation in Japan, Italy, and South Korea" i said. This bastard is my one and only older brother. I really can't believe that he is my brother.

"Okay im sorry. I'll comeback maybe tomorrow" he said. I sighed and calm myself. "How are you? You're okay, right?" he asked.

"Of course, im fine. You know me" i said. I heard him sigh that makes me more guilty. "Okay, call me when you need anything" he said. He's still the same. The loving and caring brother i grew up with.

We talk with each other for an hour. "Okay, i need to go now. Bye" he said then he hung up. I lay down my bed and look at the ceiling. "Not yet" i said and close my eyes.

I walk towards the boy with dark blue hair. 'Cute' i said to myself. His hair color fits him perfectly. "Kyle" i said as i went near him. "Sorry I'm Late" i said then he chuckle. "It's okay" he said and mess my hair.

"Let's go" he said as he hold my hand and lead the way. 'This isn't a date, right?' i said to myself and shake my head. "Are you okay?" he asked worriedly.

"It's just uhm... a little uncomfortable" i said. He laughed and stopped walking. "Sorry. I shouldn't have ask you in the first place cause you don't even know me but I want you to have fun and experience what people like me do" he said and smile. His smile is warm like the sun. It makes you feel comfortable. I smiled and hold his hand which startled him.

"Thank you" i said. He smiled back and pulled me towards the arcade. "Welcome to the arcade" he said as i look at the people playing different kinds of games. "Don't tell me, it's your first time going here" he said as i nodded. His eyes sparkles and grab my shoulder.

"That's even better. I'll make sure that you'll have fun. With me around, you'll definitely have fun" he said and smile. "Let's play the basketball first" he said.

"I know that you'll definitely win" i said as i laugh. "Of course, i won't lose. I am the Ace of the Basketball team and future Captain after all so i should always win even if it's just a little game" he said proudly which makes me laugh. We play the basketball and of course, he won.

Next, we went to play some games. I dont know what's that called cause he didn't say what are those. Stupid Kyle.

"There's only Two Tokens left" i said and sighed. "It's okay, come with me" he said as he lead me to a machine or something like a claw machine. There are toys inside it. "Which one do you like?" he asked as i look towards it. My eyes was caught by two cats plushies.

"I want that one" i said as i point the two cats. "Just a second. I'll definitely get that" he said. I look at him. "It's okay even if we won't get it" i said but as soon as i finished the sentence, he handed me the white cat i wanted which surprise me. "I told you, I'll get it" he said. "How about you? You should get one. Besides, there's still one token left" i said.

I look at him as he get the other cat plushie. It was black. "You really are good in this things" i said and then he laughed. "I told you, im good in anything" he said proudly.

"Let's go?" he said and then we went to the cafe nearby. He went to order as i look for a seat. I chose the table on the corner. After a few minutes, he was back with our food. We were both silent while eating. "I really envy you all" i said that break the silence. "You guys looks free and you all have fun even on small things while me, i am just nothing. There are things i haven't experience that you all have. There are thongs that i should do and obey everyday while you guys seems so free. Cutting classes, Playing, Having fun. I really wish i could do that" i said and laugh.

"Stop saying those things" he said. "If you want, we can be friends and always have fun" he said. "Aren't we friends already?" i said

"Oh right, anyways as your friend, I'll let you experience what normal people do" he said. "So you mean, im not normal?" i said. I laugh at his reaction. He is in panic. "It's not like that" he said. "We'll always have fun. We'll go to the amusement park next time" he said.

'I wish i could have so much time' i said to myself and then smile. I look at the cat plushie beside him. "You should gave that one a name" i said. He look at the cat plushie and look at mine. "Then, what's your cat's name?" he asked.

"I haven't think about it" i said. "How about Ally?" he said and then i laugh. "It sounded like Alley" i said. "Nah, it's cute" he said. "Do you have a second name?" i asked. "Leonard, Kyle Leonard" he answered.

"Name him Leo" i said. "Let's exchange plushies" he said. "I'll take care of Ally and you'll do the same on Leo" he continued. "Yeah sure" i said as we exchange plushies.

After eating and chatting, we left the cafe. "It was a fun day" i said and smile. "Glad to make you smile" he said. "Thanks for being with me for a day" i said and hugged him. He was surprised but hugged back. We bid goodbyes and part ways.

When i reach home, i went to my room and lay down my bed. I look at the plushie kyle gave me and scream. "AHHHH!!"

"What was that about?" someone said that startled me. I look at that person and then tears started to fall from my eyes. "Did you miss me?" He asked and then i hugged him. "You ugly bastard. I miss you so much" i said. He laugh and mess my hair.

"Is that how you talk to your brother?" he said as i wipe my tears. "It's your fault for leaving us for 2 years" i said then throw a pillow on his face. This good for nothing Brother of mine left just to travel to foreign countries while me, here and doing the paper works that were supposed to be his job.

"You'll do the paperwork starting tomorrow" i said and laugh. "Nope, you can do it" he said. I throw again a pillow into his face. "Let's talk tomorrow. You need to sleep since you have a class tomorrow. Goodnight" he said and leave my room. "17 to go" i said and close my eyes.
