1 Chapter 1

LATE! Was the only word Spencer could process right now. He had woken up late for work the second time this week. Maybe he shouldn't have done paper work right before bed. Spencer was in rush do get out of his small apartment. "Do I have time for a shower? Probably since that would take me 5-10 minutes, then I'd need to get dressed, and fix my hair..." and the list went on and Spencer still wasn't getting ready and running late.

Spencer finally decided not to take a shower and just spray on some sweet perfume not cologne. What can he say he likes the more feminine side of things. He rushed out of the apartment rushing through the crowd of people to catch the subway to his job. With a few "sorry" "excuse me" and paper dropping he was finally at work. Well about to be.

Spencer made his way to the elevator but then he suddenly bumps into someone. "I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going" Spencer said to the tan skinned man he was now faced with. "It's alright, here let me help you." The tan man said as he bent down to help Spencer gather his paper work together. As the tan man bent down Spencer could feel his face get hotter and hotter but the second. "Going up?" The tan man spoke once again handing Spencer his paper work and pressing the elevator button. "Pardon?" Spencer said as he struggled to understand what he said when he was too focused on the mans physical appearance.

"Are you going up?" He said as the elevator door opened. "Oh yes!" Spencer finally aware of what he said and quickly got into the elevator with him. They stood there awkwardly for a second or two, but the tan man finally decided to do something. "Oh, I haven't introduced myself." He said turning to Spencer "Calum. Calum Hood" he stuck out his hand for Spencer to shake. "Actually I don't shake hands. Did you know it's actually safer to kiss than to shake someone hands?" Spencer said taking in more of Calum's physical appearance "are you insisting we kiss?" Calum asked as he raised his eyebrow "NO" Spencer yelled catching them both by surprise "I mean no. It's not that I don't want to. I mean I do, I mean I don't. I was just saying it's safer to kiss than to shake hand. But it seems you've taken it another way than I expected. And now I'm just rambling and making a fool of myself." Spencer said hugging his papers tightly and blushing a bit.

Calum chuckled at the sight unraveling before him. A cute tall and lanky man rambling and not even noticing how cute he's being. "He's so perfect and adorable" Calum thought to himself

"Why are you laughing?" Spencer asked very confused but still flustered. " Because your cute" Calum said bluntly with a smile on his face causing Spencer to blush more.

The bell of the elevator finally rang signaling they reached one of the twos floor. "This is me" Calum said about to step out of the elevator "until next time -" " Spencer" Spencer interrupted

"Well then until next time Spencer." He said and giving him a wink as he stepped out of the elevator. Leaving Spencer in the elevator a blushing and embarrassed mess.

Spencer gulped the lump that's been in his throat. "wow" was all he the only word he could process right now.
