3 Banned from my homeworld

"Sh*t!" I yelled as I see the guy reciting unknown words as if he was from some type of strange cult. Although there isn't concrete evidence that the guy might do something supernatural, I know for a fact that some stranger doing some voo-doo sh*t in front of me, will not mean something well for me. Especially when the existence of the necklace exists. That guy was definitely aiming to curse me for stealing his prey or something. So that's why I decided that I am out. I fled the instant I heard more than four unknown words, and headed towards the doorway out immediately.

"Of course the door is locked! But f*ck you!"

Luckily, I never skipped leg day. I was able to kick the lock out of the entrapment of the wood, and am now able to get out. Thanks to the strong force of my kick, the door was open widely as well, which means that I am free to run my way out without having anything to hinder me any longer. So I run, with the thought of escaping being the only worry inside my mind, ignoring the guy's reciting completely.

"Huh?" I muttered in confusion, as my surroundings had changed from the beautiful walls of a mansion, into a gloomy forest.

'Damn it! I did not make it!' I complained inside my mind, knowing that I had failed my getaway.

My surroundings seems different, which means that the unknown angry guy must have teleported me far away from society. What is that smell, I wondered, as I haven't fully investigated my surroundings yet. The smell of blood, it is overwhelming…

"Ah-" I almost yelled when I saw what was behind me. I didn't yell, because I was inside a forest, and because the thing that is behind me, is clear proof that I may attract something dangerous once I yell.

A bloodied group of five people that have deep claw marks on their stomach or their head. It is truly the first and foremost gruesome sight that I have ever seen in front of me, and honestly, it isn't something pleasant to see at all. But I'm a brave man, and did not back away nor vomit. Sure the smell of blood may be unpleasant, but it is fresh, and the corpses haven't been corpses for too long. That's exactly why I was afraid to scream from panicking alone. If I screamed, I know that I would've certainly turned into one of them, lying on the ground, bloodied.

"Hey… Hey… Hey…"

Wait, what is that sound, I wonder.

I turn to look to my right, as my head follows the direction that the sound is coming from. There, to my right, I notice the figure of someone leaning onto the trunk of a tree, seemingly injured. A man in his thirties with combat wears that looks similar to the ones from an eastern fantasy story. He has a brown tight robe with green pants and leather boots, and a mace beside his right hand, which is pretty fantasy-like. Since the guy is calling to me, I decided to walk to him carefully, whilst making sure that I do not make a sound which may attract the attention of a foe.

"Are you okay?" I asked the guy a stupid but helpful question, once I was close enough to him.

"T-take my ring… Give it to Xianner…" The guy muttered as he groaned from the pain in his back.

"I… I'm sorry, but I don't know who she is, and where she is."

"In the town… Ask around. Everyone should know."

"Where is the town though?"

"My apologies. You must be some sort of foreigner… Here, use this map. It should show you the only town within this region."

A map appeared beside his hand as he said, which genuinely surprised me. A storage ring, I could faintly tell, with the help of my web knowledge.

"Okay, I'll do my best to give her the ring."

"Go now... Other beasts may arrive once the air carries the blood further…"

With the guy warning me about the potential danger of staying any longer, which I already assumed there would be, I left in the direction of the city. The city wasn't too far, and it took me around one hour alone to get there. I believe it was the same time as I woke up on my bed, but not that that mattered. There were enough trees to keep the temperature decent, and with me having a great physical state, it was like a stroll in the park for me to get to the city.

Surely, me still exercising, even when I could get anything I wanted, came to be the greatest decision of mine. Hey, I was a college student after all. How can I be stupid enough to not expect the worst day to come, when I'm having the best days. With the option to do anything I wanted on earth, I made sure to make my own money by investing in the market, I made sure to learn deadly martial arts and any other thing that could save me in the long run, and I made sure to stay healthy and fit. After all, if it was possible for my fate to change to the better by a necklace alone, some strange entity was bound to show its presence, and do something worse to my fate instead. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any places that thought real magic, which could help me defend myself against that entity that might come. So here I am, blessed to be still alive rather than dead. I wouldn't have been though, if I screamed in the forest like a little b*tch.

"Stop right there! State your business!" Two guards stopped me as I was about to enter the short bridge that led to the hills with many buildings.

"I came to look for miss Xianner, to return this. Is it possible for you to tell me her residency?"
