14 Imperial City.

The bright sun light that fell on his face woke Long Tian up. He brushed and took a bath, then went to the LV store to collect the suit which his mother ordered for him yesterday.

It was a three piece suit, matte grey in color. He put it on and combed his hair into a classic side part. Just then, he received a call.

*Ring, Ring, Ring*

Long Tian: Hello.

Secretary Sun: Hello Long Tian, I am Secretary Sun the administrator of the entire Golden Gate Province. I have sent a car to pick you up, the news and newspaper journalists won't cause you trouble, my Assistant will be there, we have a flight to catch.

Long Tian: Yes, sorry for troubling you Secretary Sun.

Secretary Sun: Haha! it's not a problem, you are a bright star that will illuminate the province in the future.

Although Secretary Sun did not say it directly, Long Tian understood that Secretary Sun was making connections with him. In case he becomes a big shot, his goodwill toward Long Tian would be worth while.

Soon, a black sedan arrived in front of his house. There was a man with spectacles inside who waved at him, he was Secretary Sun's assistant. Although he didn't talk much about himself, not even mentioning his name, he did tell him about his education and after some small talk, they finally arrived at the airport.

In the airport there was a middle aged man in a black suit. He was Secretary Sun, there was hint of authority on his square face. After looking at Long Tian he was stunned.

"You are really tall young man." Secretary Sun could not even reach his shoulders.

"Haha, hello Secretary Sun."

Long Tian smiled and replied.

"Okay, before we go to Imperial City, let me give you some advice, when you meet the Education Minister, be humble. Also, in the Five Dragons everybody is from an influential family except you, so make sure not to offend them unless you can take care of the matter on your own."

Secretary Sun started telling him about how he should behave and the ins and outs of almost everything related to Imperial City.

The plane took off and then landed in Imperial City, it was a three hour flight.

"Imperial City! The city of Hidden Dragons and Crouching Tigers huh." Long Tian muttered.

The Five Dragons, this time the first dragon was a girl— Wang Qingran. The second was Si Qian, as for the others, he didn't know about them. From what he heard, this Wang Qingran was an arrogant swan and Si Qian was a really bad fellow.

Si Qian always wanted to be the center of attention but this time the first spot was taken by Wang Qingran, since her family was really powerful than his own, he gave up of revenge. This is what Long Tian heard about them.

The award ceremony was at a hotel, it was filled with reporters and journalists. The Five Dragons were entering the venue in their order, The First Dragon-Wand Qingran was first to enter. She was wearing a yellow dress, she had long legs and a really beautiful and elegant face. Her figure was top notch, enough to make every man drool.

Next came an elegant man in a white tuxedo, he had a pretty face and there was a fake smile on his face. He was Si Qian, The Second Dragon. The photographers were taking his photos vigorously, and the female reporters were blushing at his sight. Si Qian nodded in satisfaction and sat on the chair reserved for him.

After a few moments, his satisfaction disappeared into thin air, someone stole his limelight. It was Long Tian, as soon as he entered everybody in the venue turned their heads, their pupils dilated.

This young man was really tall and undeniably handsome. The three piece suit combined with the Classic Side-Part hairstyle made him look like a real gentleman. The perfect Prince Charming, everybody thought.

The reporters on the other hand, stopped a few steps back. They did not dare approach him, that was because of the aura he was emitting, it was like that of an undercover Dragon. This made the female reporters admire him even more, if given a choice to choose between the pretty boy before and the young man in front, they would definitely choose Long Tian.

Long Tian turned his head towards the camera and gave a slight smile. Silence, dead silence filled the entire venue, that smile was as dazzling as the Sun. The hearts of the women in the venue almost burst out. The photographers frantically took the pictures of his smile. Even Wang Qingran, the proud daughter of the heavens was dazed when she saw that smile.

'The Charm attribute that the System gave me sure is working!' Long Tian thought.

Long Tian took his seat. On the other hand, Si Qian's face was extremely gloomy, his face looked as if he had eaten shit.

'Hmph, a mere 4th rank from a poor family. Just you wait, I'll play with you real nicely.' Si Qian was already planning on a way to make Long Tian embarrass himself because how dare he steal his- Si Qian's spotlight.
