Story was good. really good with world devolopment. But MC'S adopted mother opted to who*e(gangb*nged) herself out, for a reason. Author just put this scene casually. D*ckhead author should have put warning in synopsis if he was gonna put this type of with discription, since lot of people are sensitive with this type of scene. should not be suprising if author put hardcore Netor*re casually with discription. I hope this comment stays, not get deleted.
It's a story with potential. The pirates theme is very interesting and not something very explored. It's nice to see someone telling a story like that. Despite this, I believe that the author needed to make readers know the protagonist more. He spent many chapters explaining and showing the prison break and when he barely starts to show the mc path, his choices and personality construction... Locked Chapter. Most of what I saw was tragedy after tragedy happening in Shiro's life. For me, it needs more for people to decide whether or not to continue reading the story. Not much to say based on the free chapters. It just has a lot of potential. The world, the monsters, gods, powers, history... All of this can be very good but you couldn't see it in the 34 free chapters. I wish the author success on this journey. I hope you do a good job. Peace!
Cool concept! Though I've read novels where pirates are included in the story, they weren't heavily focused. Only an arc. But it seems that the author plans a grand novel here for Shiro. (btw, names are Eric, Kylle, Ria, Shawn then boom, Shiro was named to him. ) Not sure if it's due to the unidentified woman's backstory. Anyway, good story. easy to read. not wordy. I like third pov as well. i dont really read first pov. thanks for that. keep it up.
Finally, I'm here to drop a review that came directly from my... touchscreen device. The intro was a bit interesting- introduction of the character and his prowess before the official start of the work. The writing quality is great for someone who's native language isn't English, and the book's design is great. Although they are some minor errors, they do not affect the book's flow. The plot is great and starting chapters hooking. Good job man, hope you continue to release more amazing chapters!
We all can agree that this novel is inspired from One Piece and that is what made this novel so interesting and fun to read. Expect that this would be the same as thinking if luffy have a system. So without a further ado, i will now start my review. Writing Quality: Superb... the author already have years worth of writing experience. If he has grammar mistakes, then it would mean that he didn't improve. So, you can expect to read a novel with little to no grammar mistakes. Story Development: Can already be guessed just from reading the synopsis. Think of it as luffy with a system but his parents were killed. But I gotta say, mc's past is same as Naruto. Character Design: Since author already have experience, he didn't make the mistake of making his characters like cardboards or one dimensional characters. Updating Stability: Author updates daily so expect that he can satiate your thirst for reading. World Background: 30% Land and 70% Water. What else did you expect? Overall: A must read. Author didn't info dump so it is an interesting and entertaining reading experience. But nothing is perfect so I wouldn't dare to give a five star review.
to preface this review, I read until the end of the free chapters and I figured I should give my piece. The premise from the title does sound incredible, even for a system novel and when the MC finally gets more involved in the story around chapter 16-20, it starts to pick up. Between chapter 5-15 ish involves a lot of world building but it's not related to the MC which was a turn off for me. The system also takes a long time to come into the picture (around chapter 22 ish). Generally speaking, the starting chapters can stand to be rearranged or be condensed since it's not enough of a hook imo. As from the brief time I had with the free chapters, the MC is written somewhat close to an 8 year old would think, albeit more mature than expected which is a nice detail. I honestly couldn't tell you who are the side characters beyond showing me the names and what they are but not much more. It definitely has promise and definitely isn't a bad read if you are looking for a pirate themed novel. It just could be executed better from an entertainment standpoint.
