Part 1

Today is my first day of 11 grade and I was very excited unit Val ruin it...

It's almost 8:15, usually we would leave for school around 8:00 or so and Val hasn't come down yet...

-"VAL...COME ON QUICKLY'

Val-"WAIT, wait...don't rush me, OKAY" he said as he look though his window down at me.

-"AGGGGHH" I said as the driver told us that the traffic will be jammed.

driver-"Moni, traffic sucks, so I think you guys will be late today"

-"Val, If you don't come down I'm leaving without you" I said as his mom come out of the house and handed me my favorite cake that she made this morning.

-"Thank you so much.."

Val mom-" no it's ok Moni because I like it when you eat them all when everyone in house would leave some pieces" she said smiling at me...Val mom is like my second mom and she really is very opposite from Val.

Val-"Ok, so how do I look" he said standing in front of the gate.. looking so comfortable..

-"You look.."

Val-"yes?" he said as he was waiting for my answer but i drag him to the car

-"Bye, aunty and thank you very much for the cake" I said as I wave my hand from the car.

Val-"BYE, MOM.. love you" as his mom wave as goodbye

As we enter the car Val was still waiting for the answer but don't answer. As the result the traffic is indeed very long; usually the car ride would be only like 10 minutes or so but today it took us 18 minutes to get to the school. When the car enter the school there were only a few students outside the building which mean that the bell has already ring and we are late. We exit the car and said thank you to our lovely driver; which has been our driver since Preschool. We run to the office to get the pass and the lady was so nice she didn't even ask the reason why we were late. We took the pass that the lady give and run to the 2nd floor but the pass by teacher told us to slow down. So, did and we enter the class room and the teacher wasn't in the classroom so I let out a big sigh in relief.

I walk toward my table with my number on it and as always its 11. Val sit behind me with Cherry. As I set on backpack down Cherry and Val come up to me out of no where i joint for a bit.

Cherry-"you are late to day Moni and tomorrow is you and Vals birthday..Are you excited?.." she said sit down on a chair in front.

-"thanks to this one dumb person I'm late and I am excited" I said as i look dead at Val.

Val-"I'm sorry but the teacher wasn't even here" he said as move back from my stare.

Cherry-"do you know that there is going to be a new student"

-"really!!"I said as a surprise

Val-"yeah, and I head that he transfer from Mandalay"

***Mandalay is a city in Myanmar***

-"really, I can't wait to meat the newsie" I said trying to sit down.

MIn-"MONI.." I joint as I heard someone calling my name...I turn around to find Min holding a box.

-"MIN" I said smiling

Min-"yes, it is Min your favorite of all" he said as he hand me the box..

-"what is this?" i said looking at him for surprisingly

Min-"tomorrow is your birthday so i give you, your pre-birthday-gift..."

-"OMG thank you so much your the best bro"

Min-"I know right"

Val-"how about me tomorrow is also my birthday too" he said as he look at Min

Min-"sorry bro I will give you your birthday gift tomorrow" he said tapping Val shoulder.

Val-"WHAT that is so not fair" he said scouting

Cherry-"don't worry Val I'll give you two gift tomorrow" she said as she look at Min dead in the eye as Min shriver a bit and I laugh the fact that Min got scare for a bit.

Min-"OPEN IT, OPEN IT!!" he said clapping his hand like a penguin, looking so cute and all. I open the box and it has a really cute Koala keychain, a rectangle glass inside it has plants inside the oil, with my favorite lollipops on the side of the keychain; THE BOX LOOKS SO SO CUTE. My eyes sparkle when I saw it and this is why Min is my favorite Bro. He always know what I like.

Min-"Do you like it?" he said in a worries look..

I look at Min and said-"how can I not!! I LOVE IT!!".. He reach his both arms toward and i know exactly what it is.. I hug him as he hug me back..

-"thank you so much and i really love it, YOU'RE THE BEST BRO"

The whole class went 'awwww'

Min-"I'm glad you like it" he said releasing me as i pulled back to look at the glass again and it was marvelous. Val snitch it from me in a very rush way and almost drop the glass luckily I catch it before it drop.

-"WHAT THE HECK" I said almost sounding like I was extremely mad. He look pissed but I don't care because it was a gift from Min, MY BEST BRO.

Min-"look I know you are mad and all but Moni is very special to me so.." he said looking at Val look kind of pissed as I did the same to Val. My heart almost drop when the glass almost drop.

-"I am so sorry Min" I said apologizing to Min. Everyone in the school thought that Min and I are a thing but we are not. You see Min little sister die when he was like 15 years old and she was his closest of all in the family, as everyone in the family were busy with their businesses as they gain some enemies on the way. So as the result I became the little sister that he adore and I am the only person who know that among our friends group that Min sister was murder right in front of him. Even now he was blaming himself for not doing anything when the murdering happen. I just can not if i was him I would probably not be able to handle it. He is the strongest person I ever know in my life along with his parents. After the incident his parent decide to not focus on work but the family and friends.

As I stare Val dead through his soul and the door open. Everyone in the class rush to their own seat. When I look at the clock it was already 8:55, I was quite surprise when the teacher arrived very late. Our homeroom teacher come in along with a student. As everyone stared at the teacher and the student.
