34 Do You Like Her?

Xu Zhuya kept her handbag on the table and stood in front of the mirror. She still hadn't got her phone back. She wanted to call Yan Rong but she couldn't.

Xu Zhuya touched her stomach and said "Don't worry, baby. Mommy will make sure you get to talk to your both uncles and aunts as soon as I get the phone. And yeah I'm sorry.. Because of the phone I have been taking a lot of stress. I promise not to take any stress starting from today onwards, okay?" She tapped on her stomach. Slowly, slowly she was growing fond with the seedling inside of her.

Xu Zhuya was very happy. She had a smile on her face. She didn't let her thoughts to go in a different direction as she had decided to move on. She had promised herself not to think about Li Wei. And there she was, still thinking about that man. She shook her head one to two times and started doing some work to distract himself.

She opened her closet and chose some simple clothes to wear. She tried to keep herself busy.

Meanwhile, Wu Yanchen was looking at Xu Zhuya's phone. He didn't wanted to see it but he wanted to know each and everything about her. That is why he opened her phone. Thankfully, there was no locking pattern or anything for switching on the phone.

After opening her phone, the first thing which he saw on the notification screen was missed calls and few messages which came from her someone called, Yan Rong. He wondered who this person was and why she was so close with them...

Wu Yanchen wanted to see her photos therefore, he opened her gallery. And there he ended up seeing something very shocking.

"WHAT?" He yelled.

"She's divorced? How can it be? She doesn't even looks like a married woman." He began to mutter to himself.

Wu Yanchen had yelled so loud that his mother was able to hear him. She came running, calling out for him...

"What happened, Wu Yanchen? Why did you yell out so loud?"

"No, Mom. It's nothing. It's just that... that Xu Zhuya, she is divorced. I still can't believe it." Wu Yanchen showed her the photo of her divorce certificate.

Xiao Tan looked at the photo and noticed that it wasn't his phone. It was someone else's. That's when she remembered that Xu Zhuya was asking for her phone and realized that her son was the one who was having it. She couldn't believe that her son was having it.

Xiao Tan kept her hand on Wu Yanchen's shoulder and asked "Why are you having her phone? Do you like her? If you like her, there's nothing to worry about. I won't stop you." She smiled making him feel assured.

"But she is divorced... Will you be okay with it, Mom?" Wu Yanchen asked looking here and there feeling a little embarrassed and anxious at the same time.

Xiao Tan hit him slightly on the head and said "I never knew my son would be this stupid with matters regarding love. Well, if you like her, you shouldn't bother about her official status or anything. You should not judge anyone by looks or by appearance. You should love them by heart and I'm very sure my son, would do anything to make her happy and always love her by heart ."

Wu Yanchen took his mom's hand in his hand and said "I guess mom you are right. I'm stupid with matters regarding love. But don't you worry, I'll always love her by my heart and not by appearance or by looks. And I promise you that I'll always take care of her always."

Wu Fan whistled and said "Woah. I never knew my brother would be faster than me. Well, hats off to you, Brother. It's nice, you finally fell in love with someone."

Wu Yanchen laughed a little and said "Hehe. Thank you guys. I know there's no need for a thanks but you guys deserve it. Thanks for supporting me and being there with me."

Wu Fan said "Why do I feel like my brother is leaving the house today itself? It looks like he is getting married right now. Anyway brother.... How are you gonna propose her? Do you need any help from this playboy?" Wu Fan's eyes were twinkling in delight. He was really gonna be of some help to his brother this time.

Wu Yanchen waved a hand at him and said "There's no need for that Mr. Playboy. I have my own ways. I can do it well." Wu Fan looked at him feeling defeated and pouted "Bro, you at least need a little help right?"

Wu Yanchen shook his head and said "No, I'm all fine."

Wu Fan puffed his cheeks annoyingly and then Xiao Tan spoke "C'mon Wu Fan. It's his first time, let him do it by himself. You are a playboy so eventually you will ruin your brother. And I don't want him to be spoiled by a naughty brat like you." Xiao Tan hit him on his back and Wu Fan winced.

He again puffed his face like a child and said "Not fair mom. You are supporting brother. It's not good."

Both Xiao Tan and Wu Yanchen laughed heartily with Wu Fan's childish behavior.
