CHAPTER 4:WALKING DOWN MEMORY LANE
chapter 4:(a) The day we met
*whooosh* Gale wind blazing
*thunder*
*rrrrrrrrrhhh* Rain falling like cats and dogs
"sigh...why.."I was so depressed as today was the day where me and Hideyoshi was supposed to hang out together. And all that preparation went to waste because of this stupid typhoon. Ugh.. the weather report said that its gonna be a long storm, well there goes my dream date.
I laid down on my bed and just thought to myself that its been a long time since I have been friend with him.
I recalled back my memories with him , like the first time we met.
9 years ago me and my family had moved into new home , because my dad got transfered. And so the whole town was new to me and I didn't know anybody. And my new school was just a nightmare to me, back then I had a short hair and I use to kind of look like a boy. And people would make fun of me. So most of the time I use to spend my time alone and keep my distance away from them.Untill one day,yes you guess it, Hideyoshi,a t that time he was in another section. While I was in different section,he came to me and said"hey,why are alone?"
"go away!!"I shouted,at first I thought he was also here to make fun of me, I kept on telling him to leave but he would not leave.
"please go away!! I know that you are here to make fun of me please leave, I don't want to get hurt anymore"I was in full of tears and in pain.
Then he pats on my head and then said:
"hey,its alright I am here, and I am not here to make fun of you".
"
you looked lonely thats why I came here,to invite you to play with us"
"huh?!you are inviting me??I puzzled.
"yes!!"he said.
"lets be friends"
then I started to cry again .
"ahh!! oh forgive me I think I will leave then"he exclaimed and was about to back down
"oh no no wait, I .. its just tears of joy"I tried to sober up my tears.
he introduce to most of students of his section and I made a lot of friends that day. And it really made my live in colors again.
And there was another surprised waiting for me. I found out that Hideyoshi was our neighbor. And so thats how it all began. Everyday We would go to each other house and play games and have fun together and this went on till present day.
And over time with I became more closer with him,and I one day I realised I had fallen in love. So I grew my hair up and did some research in becoming more feminine so that I would attract him. As a result I no one made fun of me after that, which was good but my true aim was to make him see me in different way,but he still sees me as same and not more than that, but I am not saying I hate it, but I just feel like I should get more closer to him. I want to confess my feelings to him but I have that fear. What if he says "no". And I know that if I were to trigger that event the relationship we have right now will get severed and kind of get awkward. All I can do is to make him fall for me or atleast get him to notice that I have feelings for me.
(sigh)
"remembering this made me feel a little better"
as I was about to doze of I head a knock on my window coming from my balcony.
I opened the window. And to my surprise it was Hideyoshi.
"hello!"he said
Hideyoshi!! how why are you here right now, moreover how did you get here?Oh my gosh.. did you jump over to my balcony?"I kept questioning him.
"not gonna confirm nor deny that one"he smirk and giggle.
"don't worry its only few meters away from both of our balcony"
"okay..."I didn't know what to say next.
"so ready Fuko"
"huh?! for what?"
"we made plans remember that we would spend time together"he said
"but the weather is terrible"
"haha the storm is not gonna stop us from having fun,we can play lots of games here in this room"
I smiled and I started to laugh
"Hideyoshi you are just like a kid"
"haha, well what to do I was born like this"he too laugh and giggled along.
So the day wasn't a waste after all. I got to spend time with him, it was still a golden moment for me.
"hey Hideyoshi"
"yes"
"next time use the front door"
"hehe..ok miss"
