Her breathing became steady and when he looked down her long lashes fluttered shut. "Even the devil can become tame." He smiled running his hand along her cheek. Daiyu jerked awake and was immediately on her feet. Both startled and shocked, Liwei didn't have time to say anything when a large soldier came running into the room. 'How could I have missed his presence? Did I become so distracted by her that I didn't hear someone obvious?' Liwei's thoughts were running ramped as he stared at his little devil. "Speak!" She demanded her voice bone-chilling cold. "King, the little prince is missing." Her heart stopped, there is no way to describe what she felt as myriad possibilities flashed through her mind. "Do you know how many people want me dead? I gave you the simplest task of watching my son sleep and you lost him. If anything happens to him you should kill yourself before I get you." Although her face was deathly calm her eyes killed the man in front of her a thousand times. Her voice was like music from heaven, but it was a million times worse than the devil's voice. to the soldier "Yes, Boss! I will find him right away!" The soldier ran out of the room like the devil was chasing after him. The killing intent surrounding her was thick enough to cut with a knife. 'She has a child? I am not the first one she has been with? Who else has touched the girl I own? Once I find him I'll kill him, then he can't fight me for her.' Satisfied with his plan he turned his attention on the dazed girl in front of him. Snaking his arms around her waist Liwei hugged her from behind and nuzzled her neck with his nose. "He will be found. I already gave an order to my men to help look for him." Even though he tried to calm her down it was as if he was talking to a wall and hugging a piece of ice. The thought of her remaining like this forever if they did not find the child, scared him and compelled him to go look himself. Releasing her he looked back one more time before he strode out of the room. "Go, kill them all." Daiyu's cold voice was barely above a whisper however, you could see a faint shadow nod his head and leave as if he were never there. Knowing the building structure, Liwei went to the roof and guessed there were men there. Hiding behind an air vent he could see a small baby with his mouth gagged laying on a crate. Luckily the men were not paying attention to the child and were too busy trying to get the helicopter nearby to pick them up. Stealthily moving behind the crates Liwei made it to the baby without being seen. Grabbing the child and hurrying to get back inside the building he was spotted right as the door closed. Unfortunately, the lock on the door was broken so all he could do was run to the open elevator. Frantically pushing the button to close the doors Liwei saw one of the men point a gun at him and he turned his body at an angle so if they were shot at he would be the one shot and not the baby. "Stop! If you hit the kid and kill him then we won't be able to get his mother!" Presumably, the leader pushed the gun away and smacked the man on the side of his head.
