14 Villain Preparations

With the Entrance Exam over I went home to prepair for my next big milestone, tomorrow night I was going to officially make my debut as a Villain. I had technically already became a Villain years ago when I started going out and started catching low level criminals. But, I only did that to gain Points and didn't enjoy it too much, it was more of a job than anything.

If I was going to be a Villain then I was going to go big and have fun with it.

Resting against my couch I watched the news seeing Endeavor take down his latest Villain I wondered who would be the first Hero to try and stop me. I was planning on robbing a museum just like Phantom Thief did before all those years ago, it seemed fitting since he was the one who put the idea of being a Villain in my head in the first place.

It would be good if it was someone like Ryukyu or Wash: The Washing Hero people who were in the lower end of the Top 10. With my abilities I was confident in even being able to escape from someone like All Might but, I it wouldn't be any fun if I started with him first. I had to work my way up. It would be funner and more interesting for everyone watching.

I decided to go over my current skills one last time before it was time to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything and to see just how far I'd come in the 16 years I've been in this world.

To start off I counted off the Jutsu I knew. Obviously there was the Shadow Imitation Technique as well as the three Academy Jutsu. I had basically mastered every aspect of those techniques over the years and they were almost second nature to me at this point.

Next would be the Elemental Jutsu I know years and years ago after I master the basics I figured it was time to figure out what my Chakra Nature was. I could have just bought whatever Nature I wanted from the System but, that was boring! Not to mention even buying one of the basic 5 Elemental Nature Transformation cost over 100,000 Points. So I settled for getting a piece of Chakra Paper 1,000 Points.

I was excited to see what I would get I was hopeing for Earth since it always seemed the most balanced to me, it had strong attacks and defense as well as strong utility.

If Earth was the one I wanted the most Fire was the one I absolutely didn't want. Don't get me wrong fire had the strongest destructive potential but, that's exactly why I didn't want it. All Fire could do was kill and destroy. I wanted to be a fun Villain not one who accidentaly set half the city on fire.

Lightning was similar to Fire though it did have the Lightning Style: Body Flicker which the Raikage's signature technique and by far one of the best Jutsu ever invented period. But, I already knew from experience how hard I was to learn a Jutsu. The System didn't immediately teach me the Jutsu's when I bought them it only gave me the method to learn that Jutsu. And an S-Rank Jutsu like that would probably be nearly impossible to learn and that's not even concidering how insanely expensive that Jutsu was.

Wind was okay it seemed like it would be fairly balanced, I mean I could only remember offensive Jutsu related to it but, I would be astonished if there weren't any support type abilities available.

And last but, not least was water it was actually the one I hoped to get if I didn't have an Earth Affinity. It was criminaly underused in the show and I felt like it was just as versatile as Earth if it was used right. Plus I was living in the middle of a city where there were tons of water flowing through pipes all around, so I would never be without ammo.

Funneling my Chakra into the paper did nothing for a moment before slowly becoming damp.

"Water, huh" I scratched my head I could make due with that.

So as the years went by I mastered changing my Chakra's Nature and learned a huge amount of Water Jutsu. The very first one I learned was the Hidden Mist Jutsu which was fairly easy to learn and super cool. It was definitely going to add to my coolness if whenever I showed up everything was covered in a thick fog.

I also learned the Water Dragon Jutsu, Water Prison Jutsu, as well as a Water Style Rasengan though I haven't been able to turn it into a Rasenshuriken yet.

As for other Non Elemental Jutsu I had a ton of low level ones. I knew a few intermediate level Genjutsu which seemed a bit overpowered in a world were no one knew how to dispel them. There was also some other techniques that I only bought because they looked fun like Sai's Super Beasts Technique that made anything you drew come to life.

And finaly were my Fuinjutsu over the years I had never stopped improving my skills. Aside from the seals that I already knew and improved over the years like the Storage Seal and Explosive Tag I also learned several newer and more advanced seals. The best of which was the Chakra Sealing Technique, I almost couldn't believe it when I read the Seal's description.

It was a Seal that was used to store Chakra to be used at a later date it had certain limitation but, was still an insane technique overall. Each Seal can only store up to 25% of the total Chakra capacity of person it's used on and one person can only have four of these Seals on them, otherwise they interfere with eachother and become useless. Even with those limits it's still a Seal that can temporarily double the amount of Chakra I have letting me use more powerful Jutsu and have more stamina.

Fuinjutsu was definitely where my talent was, even the most powerful Jutsu I was capable of right now was based off of Seals.

Next up was my equipment besides the boring stuff like Kunai and Shuriken the most interesting I bought from the System was the Kusanagi Blade which was Sasuke's sword in the show. It didn't have any special abilities but, was extremely strong and sharp and didn't have an overly complicated design like the 7 Ninja Swordsmen's swords.

Along with that I also had a huge amount of Ninja Wire, Smoke Bombs, and a multitude of different medicines and poisons 'most' of which were non-lethal, all of which were safely stored in Storage Seals hidden around my clothing. I didn't have all of them in one Seal since if a Storage Seal is destroyed everything inside it disappears.

Satisfied with everything I got out my Villain outfit to try it on one more time. It wasn't anything original, at least in my old world it wasn't but, it looked cool and I was going with it. It was the Anbu's Combat Outfit. The one with a Sleaveless Black Tracksuit and Long Gloves but, instead of Grey Body Armor and Arm Bracers mine were a light blue. Other than that there were a few other changes I made like wearing boots that actualy covered my toes and having a Kakashi style cloth mask covering my face instead of an Anbu mask. I did that since I didn't want this Villain persona to be associated with my Phantom one.

After latching Kusanagi to my back I looked in the mirror and was satisfied with my look but, there was still one glaring problem, my cat ears and tail. It wouldn't exactly be hard to figure out my identity with them out.

Making a quick handsign I transformed. Now instead of my normal short blue hair it was now a bit longer and spikier as well as being pure white. I figured if I was already stealing Kakashi's mask I might as well steal his hair too.

I learned in the Academy that Ninja normaly didn't fight while being transformed because of two reasons. First it only took one good hit to dispel the technique showing your true face and second and more importantly it was a constant drain on a persons Chakra which was a huge detriment in battle where literaly every drop counts. But, I managed to get away with it by having excellent Chakra Control combined with a huge amount of Chakra and not doing a full transformation. Since I only changed my hair and my tail leaving everything else the same it didn't even take a tenth the Chakra it normaly took to transform.

The only thing I was still missing was an awesome Villain name I had a few thoughts but, some of them weren't that original and I felt like I could come up with something better.

(I do have some names in mind but, I'm asking if any of you have any good ideas?)
