1 Chapter 1: The Truth

*Drip. Drip.* Sounds of water droplets echoed around as it drops onto a man laid down within the surrounding forest, having been nighttime, it looks more menacing, as they towered over the Eiffel Tower.

The man groaned, having been irritated from the repeated droplets onto his face, waking up from his unconsciousness.

Having finally sat up, he takes in his surroundings and his eyes widen. "W-What the hell?!"

He looks around and slowly stands up. He shouted, "H-hey! Is anyone out ther—"

The man cut his sentence off, as the bush near him rustled, the atmosphere immediately turning heavy, as his breath grew steady.

His ears pick up growling, as if that of a lion he heard from a zoo once. He took a deep breath, slowly walking away from the sound, thinking that he should make a quick getaway.

He looks away, rather wanting to focus on the task at hand, until a massive shadow cast over him, and looked back to see—

"What the hell!" He exclaimed, being face to face to a massive wolf, it's size nearly being half of the trees itself, it's fur being white as the moon itself.

The wolf sniffs around, until it locks eyes with him and growls.

"He-hey there buddy, now let's just—" He gets cuts off as the wolf attempts to bite him and he dives out of the way.

"...calm down.." Both the man and the wolf stared at each other, the latter eyeing its prey, waiting for it's eventual movement.

'Maybe... I might be stupid to try this, but I'll take my chance.' His hand twitches, and his gaze narrows, the wolf also doing the same, curious on what it's prey going to do.

"Sit." The man stated, his expression completely serious. Meanwhile, it's predator is completely dumbfounded, it's eye twitching and growled out ["Was this human dropped as a cub? Or is it just really stupid."]

The man's temper immediately grew and veins threatened to explode as it throbed.

"What the hell? Of course I do!" He said, stomping the ground below as if to make his point.

"There's nothing wrong with a bit of experimentation you big ball of fur!" *His eye twitches, as the wolf stared on him with bewilderment.*

"Wait—" Both spoke in their own dialects, and the human pointing its finger at the wolf and the wolf pointing its paw at the human.

"You can understand me?!"
