1 Void and Rob

One thought comes to mind when I describe the place I'm in.
"THIS IS FUCKING HORRIFYING!" I screamed in a distorted voice as I looked at what was a transparent me in third person in a dark void.
"HOW DID I GET HERE! I just drank the grimace sh… ok that explains a lot but still HOW DID I GET HERE?! AM I DEAD!" I screamed desperately.
"ANYONE SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I AM!" I called out for help for countless hours cascading down a roller coaster of emotions
"Please…help…me…" I said hoarsely with tears trickling down my face as I curled up into a ball.
"So you're finally done yapping?" An unknown gruff voice said.
I immediately brightened up as I stood up.
"Please….help…me…who…ever…you…are…" I got down on my knees and begged with new hope.
"Don't beg little one it's embarrassing and self degrading…" The voice dismissed my plea and the scenery changed into a library.
"A… library no its more like an office?" I looked around confused staring at the countless bookshelves.
"Yes an office and more precisely my domain…" I looked behind me and saw a man with a blurred face only the mouth visible on a table drinking an unknown liquid out of a teacup.
"Are you god or something?" I asked wearily before I pinched myself on the chin only for it to go through my head.
"WHAT TH-" I felt an unknown force close my mouth.
"Not exactly I just help souls pass to ether heaven hell or another life. I'm just going to give you a rundown of why you're here, the drink you ate was spiked by an assassin which you accidentally drank. Your death was an accident and an untimely as well so I'm giving you another chance at life as an apology." He gave a sorry expression as he filled two teacups with an unknown drink.
"I…I expected that…" I said in a self pitying tone as he motioned towards the tea and chair before I slowly drank the tea and took a seat.
"The process will be similar to those fanfics you read you'll get three wishes, a world of my choosing and a system to accompany you. But don't think you are special this happens every now and then so you won't get anything too overpowered…" He said sternly trailing off as he took a sip.
"Can you tell me the world and system I'm getting?" I said in an excited but slightly depressed tone.
"Let's first remove this baggage of yours before anything else…" He snapped his fingers and I felt as though a weight was lifted from my soul.
"What did you do?" I asked curiously not feeling depressed or sad but normal.
"I merely removed your baggage the pain, sorrow, sadness and regrets you'll still remember them but you won't feel them. Now your world will be a mix between the games and anime of Pokemon as for your system it will be random but related to pokemon." He explained thoroughly as he ate some biscuits.
"Pokemon huh…" I reminisced the times I spent as a kid glued to the screen watching Ash's journey and ventured on my own with my Gameboy.
"Hmm, am I allowed a starter Pokemon as my wish?"
"You may wish for a starter pokemon but the system should supply you with it in your starter pack so it'd be a waste of a wish." He patiently explained.
For the next half an hour I went back and forth with him over the restrictions with a thoughtful expression as I finalized my wishes.
"For my first wish I want both aura and psychic abilities-"
"Sorry forgot to mention you can only have one otherwise you'd explode no matter what physique you have." He interrupted and explained yet another restriction.
"Ah well then I'd pick the psychic abilities and for my second wish I want my family and their descendants to have a lot of luck, riches and safety. They sacrificed a lot for my college the least I can do is sacrifice a wish." I said with a resolute expression along side an emotional and serious tone.
The man stared at me blankly before bursting into a fit of laughter
"HAHAHAHAHA Boy never in my life has someone ever used a wish the way you just did! Tell you what I'll allow you to make that wish and you get some of that luck as well as good talent over your psychic abilities!" He said merrily letting go of his previous serious and strict persona as he poured me another glass before ruffling my hair.
"Thank you." I said from the bottom of my heart with slightly foggy eyes.
(At least they will get something good from my death.) I said feeling finally at peace as another weight was lifted.
"Now little one what will your third wish be?" He said cheerfully.
"For my third wish, I want a good body I'm talking about high regenerative powers, quick thinking, good reaction speed etc." I explained my final wish with excitement.
"Hmm, I can do that but it won't be immediate you'll have to work for it through training." He said thoughtfully before he gave me a tablet of sorts with a mannequin displayed on it.
"All that's left is for you to create your looks." After he said that I immediately got to work sculpting my new body.
"Here you go!" I said excitedly as I handed him back the tablet.
"Alright then- this is actually decent people usually make themselves look edgy as eight graders white hair red eyes and etc were all they thought about." He complimented me.

"Step through and you'll enter your new life." He said calmly as he pointed at a door.
"Before I leave I forgot to introduce myself I'm Karma Hirosaki and thank you for everything!" I said cheerfully as I extended my hand.
He smiled as he accepted the gesture "I'm Rob now run along and start your new life I got other clients to attend!" He patted me on the back as he showed me away.
"I'll see you again when this life end!" I said as I opened the door and everything went blank.
